移动环境下高校图书馆知识生态系统服务模式研究

【摘要】:移动环境的出现和快速发展给社会带来巨大变革,也深深地影响着高校图书馆的建设与发展。虽然一些移动服务已然在高校图书馆广泛应用,但这些多数是互联网服务的翻版,并没有给图书馆服务带来实质性的革新,高校图书馆服务与用户需求的差距仍然存在。本文将知识生态系统理论引入到高校图书馆来研究移动环境下的服务问题,是因为其理论切实能为移动环境下高校图书馆服务提供新的研究视角,笔者希望通过此研究能够促使高校图书馆移动服务更加科学高效并实现长远、高效、可持续的发展。第二章,从知识生态的层面介绍了自然生态、社会生态和知识生态的相关理论;从知识链的角度分析了知识链的形成、结构、优化和模型;从移动图书馆服务的视域阐述了移动服务的概念、方式和内容等;从高校图书馆知识生态系统的维度解析了知识生态系统、图书馆知识生态系统和移动环境下高校图书馆知识生态系统。本章是全文的理论基础,为本文涉及的研究内容提供相关理论来源。第三章,基于第二章理论探讨了移动环境下高校图书馆知识生态系统的服务机理。解析了系统的构成要素和结构,认为其形成是内在动力、外在动力、利导因子和限制因子综合作用的结果,并且具有一定的生命周期,是自组织、自适应的系统,同时也是知识增值创新、知识传递消费、知识生态反馈和知识协同进化的系统。移动环境下高校图书馆知识生态系统服务模型是知识服务主体在移动环境下利用移动知识技术向有知识需求的用户提供学科知识产品的个性化服务过程。本章是全文理论的核心,为全文提供概念逻辑框架。第四章,从学科知识资源的层面入手,研究了移动环境下高校图书馆学科知识资源服务模式。基于学科服务和知识服务的相关理论,提出了高校图书馆开展移动服务“产品化”思路,探讨了移动环境下高校图书馆学科知识资源体系的特征、结构和服务原则。认为该服务模式主要由学科知识移动服务平台、服务数据中心、学科资源维护系统三部分构成,通过知识链实现知识交流、知识检索、知识导航、知识推送和知识评价等功能。本章研究的是系统的服务基础,为服务提供物质介质。第五章,从移动知识技术的层面入手,研究了移动环境下高校图书馆云计算服务模式。基于云计算理论阐述了高校图书馆移动技术服务模式,并对技术框架进行了详实的研析。结合高校图书馆的实际情况,提出了高校图书馆移动云计算服务平台,并从基础设施层、数据处理层、管理控制层和服务应用层分别进行了功能设计,阐明了实现路径,对运行过程进行了讨论。本章研究的是系统的技术支撑,为服务提供技术可行性佐证。第六章,从用户个性化需求层面入手,研究了移动环境下高校图书馆用户个性化服务模式。基于个性化服务的相关理论,归纳总结了高校图书馆移动用户内涵、类型及特征。从用户需求现状综述分析其个性化需求演化方向,结合对长春7所高校的教师、学生、科研人员和管理人员的问卷调查分析,研究了面向“课程教与学”、“科研项目和论文创作”、“学校科学管理”的3种个性化移动服务模式并提出了相应改进措施。本章研究的是系统的服务目标,为服务指明方向。第七章,从知识环境的层面入手,研究了移动环境下高校图书馆知识生态系统的服务保障。讨论了知识环境的内涵及特征,重点阐述了移动服务中知识文化教育、知识产权保护、知识制度建设及知识经济策略等问题并提出了相应的解决方案和措施。本章研究的是系统的服务保障,为高效服务提供可操作条件。本文的研究在理论层面促进了知识生态系统理论的发展,丰富了知识生态系统在移动环境下的内涵,进一步推动了高校图书馆移动服务建设和发展。通过对高校图书馆知识生态系统移动服务模式的研究,明晰了移动服务革新作用,阐述了高校图书馆移动服务的新理念。在实践层面,针对高校用户的个性化需求进行了调查研究,并结合高校用户的教学、学习、科研和管理活动进行了针对性的探索,这为高校图书馆移动服务实践提供了有力借鉴。在未来的研究中,将继续以知识生态系统理论为基础,进一步拓展移动环境下高校图书馆的服务新理论和新模式,深入调查论证,做好实例实证,以推动高校图书馆事业不断的前进发展。
[Abstract]:The mobile environment and rapid development has brought great changes to the society, but also deeply influenced the construction and development of university library. Although some mobile services already widely used in the university library, but most of these is the Internet service version of the service did not bring substantial innovation to the library service, University Library Service and the needs of users the gap still exists. The related theory based on personalized service, summarizes the connotation of Library mobile users, types and characteristics. From the review of the analysis of user needs the personalized demand evolution direction, the combination of Changchun teachers in 7 colleges and universities, students, questionnaire survey and Analysis on scientific research personnel and management the study of the "teaching and learning", "scientific research projects and the creation", "3 kinds of personalized mobile service mode of school scientific management" and put forward the corresponding improvement measures. This chapter is the study of the system of service objectives, direction for service. In the seventh chapter, starting from the level of knowledge of the environment study on the knowledge ecosystem, University Library under the environment of mobile security services. Discusses the connotation and characteristics of knowledge environment, expounds the cultural knowledge in mobile service Education, intellectual property protection, knowledge system construction and knowledge economy strategy problems and proposes corresponding solutions and measures. It promotes the development of knowledge ecological system theory in the theory, enrich the connotation of the mobile under the environment of knowledge ecosystem, to further promote the construction and development of University Library mobile services. Through the research on the mobile service model of knowledge ecological system of university library, clear mobile service innovation, expounds the new concept of University Library mobile services. In practice, according to the user demand for personalized learning were investigated.
