信息生态视角下网络平台构建机理及运行效率评价研究

【摘要】:大数据环境发展的今天,随着互联网络信息日益丰富,网民数量的激增,各种网站、网页的信息量与日俱增。由此,信息爆炸、信息不对称、数字鸿沟、信息污染、信息安全等信息失衡问题愈演愈烈,信息生态失衡对网络平台造成隐性影响的同时降低了网络运行效率。党的十八大报告首次把生态文明建设提升至与经济、政治、文化、社会四大建设并列的高度,表明生态文明建设已经融入中国特色社会主义的“五位一体”的总布局中。“信息生态平衡”成为了解决网络平台发展问题的关键词。在相关科学研究领域中,专家学者们始终在积极地寻找网络平台构建的生态化发展路径,探寻提升网络平台运行效率的有效方法。然而,现有研究成果多以信息生态系统构建理论研究为出发点,集中在特定领域的信息生态系统评价上,对通用性网络平台的研究少之又少,在系统的理论分析和实证研究上存在薄弱之处。带着对通用性网络平台深层次构建机理和运行效率提升的思考,本文以生态学、信息生态学、系统科学、计算机相关理论等跨学科的综合方法为基础,对网络平台构建的因子分析、架构构建机理、理论模型及技术实现等方面进行深入研究。在此基础上分析网络平台运行效率的影响因素,深入分析影响因素的作用关系,构建信息生态视角下的运行效率评价指标体系和评价模型,并以吉大燕子为评测对象进行实证研究,证明模型的可操作性。本文作为吉林大学管理学院负责的我国社会科学基金重大项目“网络信息生态链形成机理与演进规律研究”的子课题,在选题上具有创新性,研究方法上具有创新性,弥补了学科研究领域中的薄弱之处。同时,本文研究有利于解决网络平台现有的信息生态失衡问题,合理构建具有生态特性的网络平台架构,帮助网络平台运营者了解网络平台的运行效率的现实表现和制约因素。本文主要研究内容包括:第一、对现有的系统学、生态学、信息生态及网络平台的相关文献进行综述,在此基础上,归纳本文的研究要素。对信息生态系统构建、评价、信息生态失衡等相关话题,国内外学者开展了大量的研究,本文追踪并详细论述既有相关研究成果,学习既有研究成果的精髓,作为本文研究的理论起点。第二、对现有网络平台构建与运行中出现的信息生态失衡现象进行解析。详细分析了现有网络平台运行中呈现的信息超载、信息垄断、信息侵犯及信息污染为主要表现的信息生态失衡现象及社会危害。从信息生态系统构成的信息环境、信息人、信息资源和信息技术四个维度讨论现有网络平台信息生态失衡的成因,作为本文研究的现实起点。第三、在借鉴目前理论研究的基础上,对网络平台的信息人生态因子、信息资源生态因子、信息环境生态因子和信息技术生态因子的构成和特性进行深入分析。将信息人生态因子从自然属性维度划分为信息人自然个体和信息人功能个体,从信息角色的维度划分为信息生产者、信息传递者、信息消费者和信息分解者。将信息环境划分为描述网络平台现实基础的网络平台硬件环境,以及网络平台内外部信息生态环境。进而详细剖析了信息生态因子间相互作用的竞争机理、互利共生机理和协同进化机理。第四、在信息生态视角下网络平台构建系统性原则的指导上,分析网络平台构建的系统平衡目标。进而在生态学理论推导的基础上,对信息生态视角下网络平台空间结构、营养结构及组织结构的构建机理进行梳理,将网络平台的层次、信息流转链路和功能单元的组合进行生态化的规划。构建信息生态视角下网络平台的宏观和微观模型,描述了网络平台的生态化特征、功能和动态构建的过程。借助大数据信息技术对网络平台的实现进行支撑,描述了Hadoop技术框架下的网络平台生态化过程机理。第五、在前文研究的基础上,开展信息生态视角下网络平台运行效率的相关研究。阐述了运行效率评价的特征、目的和原则。从构成和作用方式的角度剖析信息环境、信息资源、信息人、信息技术和网络平台信息生态健康度对网络平台运行效率的影响。进而设计网络平台运行效率评价指标体系的结构,构建由目标层、五类准则层和13个一级指标、32个二级指标、133个三级指标构成的指标层。对评价指标的释义和测度方法进行定义和划定。第六、为了支撑信息生态视角下网络平台运行效率评价指标体系,将评价过程划分为三个阶段,采用相应的模型完成评价运算,首先是用熵权模型对评价指标体系进行赋权,其次采用PLWAA算子模型和信息功能生态位测度模型对评价指标进行测度,最后根据权重和测度结果采用信息生态位适宜度-灰色关联模型对评价指标按体系结构进行集结,并最终输出信息生态视角下网络平台运行效率的评价结果。以“吉大燕子”网络平台为测评对象,对信息生态视角下网络平台的运行效率评价指标体系和评价模型进行实证研究。第七、在前文研究的基础上,以信息生态理论为基础,按抽象层、对接层、具象层和支撑层四个维度,分别对网络平台的系统平衡、平台运行、信息生态因子和信息服务的组合给出了优化对策,以提高网络平台的结构的自平衡能力和网络平台运行效率。对于信息生态视角下网络平台构建与运行效率评价的研究从本质上提升了网络平台的性能和信息流转的效率,促进了网络平台信息生态因子的趋平衡态演化,切实有效地解决网络平台信息生态失衡问题。为指导网络平台可持续发展提供了客观的依据和科学的工具。
[Abstract]:With the development of large data environment, with the increasing number of Internet information and the increase of the number of Internet users, the amount of information in various websites and web pages is increasing. Therefore, information imbalance, such as information explosion, information asymmetry, digital divide, information pollution, information security and so on, has become more and more serious, and the unbalance of information ecology has caused the recessive influence on the network platform. For the first time, the eighteen major reports of the party have promoted the construction of ecological civilization to the same height as economic, political, cultural and social construction, indicating that the construction of ecological civilization has been integrated into the general layout of the "five in one" of socialism with Chinese characteristics. "Information ecological balance" has become an understanding of the network platform. In the field of scientific research, experts and scholars have been actively looking for the ecological development path of network platform construction and exploring effective methods to improve the efficiency of the network platform. However, the existing research results focus on information ecological system construction theory as a starting point and focus on information in specific fields. In the evaluation of ecosystem, there are few studies on the general network platform, and there are weak points in the theoretical analysis and Empirical Study of the system. With the thinking of the deep construction mechanism and efficiency of the general network platform, this paper combines the ecology, the information ecology, the system science, the computer related theory and so on. On the basis of the method, the factor analysis, the construction mechanism, the theoretical model and the technical realization of the network platform are deeply studied. On this basis, the influencing factors of the operating efficiency of the network platform are analyzed, the influence factors are deeply analyzed, and the evaluation index system and evaluation of the efficiency of the information ecology are constructed and evaluated. As a sub subject of "Research on the formation mechanism of network information ecological chain and the law of evolution of the network information chain", which is the major project of the social science fund of our country, which is in charge of the school of management of Jilin University, it is innovative and the research method is innovative. It makes up the weakness in the field of subject research. At the same time, this paper is helpful to solve the existing information ecological imbalance problem of the network platform, construct the network platform structure with ecological characteristics, and help the network platform operators understand the realistic performance and constraints of the operating efficiency of the network platform. The main contents of this paper are the content of this paper. The first is to summarize the relevant literature of the existing systems science, ecology, information ecology and network platform. On this basis, we summarize the research elements of this paper. The domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a lot of research on the information ecosystem construction, evaluation, information ecological imbalance and other related topics. This paper traced and discussed the related research in detail. The result is to learn the essence of the research results as the theoretical starting point of this paper. Second, analyze the imbalance of information ecology in the construction and operation of the existing network platform, and analyze in detail the information overload, information monopoly, information invasion and information pollution as the main information students in the operation of the existing network platform. From the information environment, information people, information resources and information technology four dimensions to discuss the causes of the existing network platform information ecological imbalance, as the realistic starting point of this study. Third, on the basis of the present theoretical research, the information ecological factors of the network platform The composition and characteristics of the ecological factors of interest resources, the ecological factors of information environment and the ecological factors of information technology are deeply analyzed. From the natural attribute dimensions, the information human ecological factors are divided into the information human nature individual and the information person functional individual, and the information producers, information transmitters, information consumers and information are divided from the dimension of information role. The decomposer divides the information environment into a network platform hardware environment that describes the real foundation of the network platform, as well as the internal and external information ecological environment of the network platform. Then the competitive mechanism of the interaction between the information ecological factors, the mechanism of mutualism and the mechanism of co evolution are analyzed in detail. Fourth, the construction of the network platform under the information ecology perspective On the basis of the theoretical derivation of the ecological theory, the structure mechanism of the network platform space structure, the nutritional structure and the organization structure are combed on the basis of the ecological theory, and the level of the network platform, the information transfer link and the functional unit are generated. The macro and micro models of the network platform under the information ecological perspective are constructed, and the ecological features, functions and dynamic construction processes of the network platform are described. With the help of large data information technology, the implementation of the network platform is supported, and the ecological process mechanism of the network platform under the Hadoop technology framework is described. Fifth, in the previous article. On the basis of the research, the relevant research on the operating efficiency of the network platform under the view of information ecology is carried out. The characteristics, purposes and principles of the operational efficiency evaluation are expounded. The influence of the information environment, information resources, information technology and the ecological health of the network platform on the operating efficiency of the network platform is analyzed from the angle of composition and action. Then the structure of the evaluation index system of network platform operation efficiency is designed, and the target layer is constructed from target layer, five class criterion layer and 13 first level index, 32 two level index and 133 three level index. The interpretation and measurement method of evaluation index are defined and delimited. The operation efficiency of network platform under the perspective of information ecology is supported. The evaluation index system is divided into three stages, and the evaluation operation is completed by the corresponding model. First, the entropy weight model is used to empower the evaluation index system. Secondly, the PLWAA operator model and the information function niche measure model are used to measure the evaluation index. Finally, the information ecology is adopted according to the weight and the measure results. The evaluation index is aggregated by the grey relational model, and the evaluation results of the operating efficiency of the network platform are finally output from the perspective of the information ecology. The evaluation target system and the evaluation model of the operation efficiency of the network platform under the information ecology perspective are studied. Seventh, on the basis of the previous research, based on the information ecology theory, according to the four dimensions of the abstract layer, the docking layer, the concrete layer and the support layer, the optimization strategy is given to the system balance, platform operation, the information ecological factor and the information service of the network platform, in order to improve the self balancing ability and network of the network platform structure. On the basis of information ecology, the research of network platform construction and efficiency evaluation has greatly improved the performance of the network platform and the efficiency of information circulation, promoted the equilibrium evolution of the information ecological factors of the network platform, effectively and effectively solved the problem of information ecological imbalance of the network platform. Taiwan's sustainable development provides objective basis and scientific tools.
