It set up its own archivalworks at the beginning of the establishment of the Party in response to the call ofthe development ofthe revolutionary war, and it continuously improved andenriched its archival undertakingandformed a relatively witty and flexiblesystem of the archives management and a good tradition of valuing archives andarchival worksin the end.During the time of the revolution continuing, thearchival undertaking under the leadership of the munist Party notonly inherited the ancient excellence of the archives management of China, butfully absorbed the thoughts of the great proletarian mentors of Marx, Engels andLenin’s, though theoretically,methodologicallyand alsotechnologically itcannotbe matched with the contemporary archival undertaking of China now, itdefinitelylaidthefoundationof today’s archival undertaking of Chinalikewhatstrong stonesare to great mansions.The active exploration, the brave pioneering,the pragmatic way of dealing with the archival work, and the farsighted archivalconsciousness of therevolutionary leaders of thefirst generation’stogether withtheirarchivalvalues, plus countless archival workers’heroic spiritof daring notthe hardness, not the death anda totalselfishness while working,allof thesegivethedeveloping archival undertakingof the nationnowan infinitestimulationandinspiration.Thisthesis which analyzes and studiesthe archival undertaking of munist Party in the New Democracy Period by using the bining the theoretics of the archives management consists of three parts.Part one studies the historical background and theoreticalorigin from the ancientpractices and thoughts of archives management of China and the archivalpractices and thoughts of the great proletarian mentors like Mark, Engels andLenin respectively; Part two mainly discusses the practicesof thearchivesmanagement of the CPCand its management thoughts from its archivalinstitutions and mechanism and five aspects of archival works’in the NewDemocratic Revolution Periodso as to revealthe main content of this time’sarchival undertaking, which is also the main part of this thesis; Part three analyzesthe historical position ofthe archival undertaking inthe revolutionary time andstudiesits usefulness,reference and inspiration to the current archivalundertaking of China.KEYWORDS:thearchival undertaking;theNew Democratic RevolutionPeriod;munist Party of China12345
