【摘要】:高校图书馆作为高校文献信息中心,教学、科研以及学科建设的服务性机构,在高校的发展中扮演着重要的角色。而对高校图书馆员工的绩效考评,不仅仅涉及到的是员工的薪酬、待遇、职称的评定等与员工的利益息息相关的内容,而且还涉及到管理者对人才的招聘、职位的选拔等等,所以重要性也就不言而喻。近些年,我国高校图书馆对于员工的绩效考评虽然比较重视,在理论以及实践方面也取得了一定的成绩,但依然存在着这样那样的问题,诸如绩效考评体系构建目的性不强、考评指标的确定缺乏科学依据、考评过程忽视沟通、考评结果的反馈应用不足等等。这些问题的存在很大程度上阻碍了我国高校图书馆管理水平的提升,也让员工工作的积极性难以充分发挥。因此,针对上述问题,如何构建出一套适合我国高校图书馆的员工绩效考评体系,对原有的绩效考评体系进行科学的优化,就是摆在人们面前的一个重要课题。论文首先对高校图书馆员工绩效考评的内涵、方法、理论依据、可行性以及难点进行了理论阐述;其次,对FE大学图书馆的组织构架、岗位人员分布、绩效考评体系等现状以及存在的问题进行了全面、系统分析;再次,针对FE大学图书馆员工绩效考评中存在的问题,从考评体系、方案设计以及实施步骤等方面进行了优化;最后,通过对FE大学图书馆员工绩效考评优化方案进行了实证研究,总结了优化的特点,一方面可为完善FE大学图书馆员工绩效考评体系,为员工岗位、薪酬的调整提供参考依据,另一方面也可为提高国内高校图书馆员工绩效考核的科学性提供重要参考。
[Abstract]:The teaching of University Library as the information center, scientific research and discipline construction service organization, plays an important role in the development of University. The college library staff performance appraisal, not only relates to the employee's salary, benefits, job classification and employee benefits is closely related to the content, but also related to the management of personnel recruitment, job selection and so on, so the importance is self-evident. In recent years, China's University Library for the performance appraisal of employee although more attention, also made some achievements in theory and practice, but there still exist such problems, such as performance appraisal system construction purpose is not strong, determine the evaluation index of the lack of scientific basis for the evaluation process, ignoring communication, feedback of results of application insufficiency and so on. These problems greatly Hinder the library management in Colleges and universities of our country, also let the enthusiasm of the staff work hard to give full play. Therefore, in view of the above problems, how to construct a set of suitable for China's university library staff performance appraisal system, optimize the science of the original performance evaluation system is an important subject in front of the front of the people. Firstly, the connotation of performance evaluation of university library, methods, theoretical basis, feasibility and difficulties of the theory expounded; secondly, the organizational structure of the FE university library, personnel distribution, current situation of performance appraisal system and the problems in a comprehensive and systematic analysis; again, aiming at FE university the performance evaluation of library staff, from the evaluation system design and implementation steps and other aspects of the optimization; finally, based on the FE university library staff performance Evaluation of optimization scheme for the empirical research, summarizes the optimization characteristics, on the one hand to improve the performance appraisal system of FE university library, for staff, to provide reference for salary adjustment, on the other hand can also provide important reference for improving the science of domestic university library staff performance appraisal.
