【摘要】：随着现代社会的迅速发展,博物馆所处的社会环境不断变化,社会和公众对博物馆的功能不断提出新的要求,不以营利为目的的博物馆,如何在竞争中生存,怎样融入社会并发挥其应有的作用,这些都涉及博物馆的功能发展和博物馆与社会有效融合并协调发展问题。本文研究的重点即是在拓展博物馆功能的基础上,运用现代管理学和博物馆学的基本理论和方法,创新现代博物馆管理理念、经营模式和管理制度,尝试找到一条博物馆功能演变与社会协调发展之路。论文主要研究内容与结论为：(1)在对国内外博物馆与区域社会的关系及博物馆功能发展研究现状进行综述与评价的基础上,拓展了博物馆功能,重新构建了博物馆功能系统。认为教育是博物馆的核心功能,经济功能是博物馆的外缘功能,同时还在社区博物馆和生态博物馆的基础上,提出区域博物馆新概念。(2)根据现代博物馆的性质、功能和社会对博物馆的多种需要,对功能拓展后的现代博物馆的经营理念和运行机制进行研究,认为现代博物馆应树立可持续发展、市场营销、竞争、以人为本等理念。(3)根据博物馆特性的客观要求,从博物馆社会效益和经济效益协同发挥作用的角度,将博物馆按其不同活动的不同性质分制运作,分别构建了博物馆公益性组织和商品经营性组织的制度安排和运行模式,并提出了两类组织的协同方式。(4)通过对博物馆与教育、旅游、文化、经济、社会等方面的关系分析,提出博物馆与区域教育资源利用的原则和协同机制,构建了动态的CMB模型,在国内率先进行“学习单”的设计使用与实践,证明其是馆校合作的有效工具。(5)通过对博物馆所处的经济环境分析,认为博物馆除了在社会、文化方面的角色外,在经济、政治、社区、政府形象,以至于在公众关系上均扮演重要角色。针对目前只强调博物馆的社会效益的倾向,系统阐述了博物馆在增加经济收入、带动旅游业和相关行业的发展、增加就业机会、通过信息传播影响地方经济、吸引资金、有助于货币回笼等方面的作用。论文还以自然科学类博物馆为例进行实践,按照新的博物馆运行管理理念和拓展后的博物馆功能定位,通过三个案例,验证了博物馆管理组织分制运行、博物馆区域功能发展以及博物馆与学校合作教育等实践的可行性,证明了博物馆与区域社会协调发展的重要性,以及博物馆广泛的社会功能是随着社会的变迁而演变的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern society, the social environment of the museum is constantly changing. The society and the public constantly put forward new requirements for the function of the museum. How to integrate into society and play its due role, these are related to the development of museum functions and the effective integration and coordinated development of the museum and society. The focus of this paper is to expand the function of the museum on the basis of. By applying the basic theories and methods of modern management and museology, this paper innovates the management idea, management mode and management system of modern museum, and tries to find a way of harmonious development of museum function and society. On the basis of summarizing and evaluating the relationship between museums and regional society at home and abroad and the development of museum functions, the thesis expands the function of museums. It is thought that education is the core function of the museum, the economic function is the external function of the museum, and it is also based on the community museum and the ecological museum. Put forward a new concept of regional museum. 2) according to the nature, function and various needs of modern museum, this paper studies the management idea and operation mechanism of modern museum after function expansion. It is believed that modern museums should set up the concept of sustainable development, marketing, competition, people-oriented and so on) according to the objective requirements of museum characteristics. From the point of view of the social and economic benefits of the museum, the museum is operated according to the different nature of its different activities. This paper sets up the institutional arrangement and operation mode of the public welfare organization and the commodity management organization respectively, and puts forward the cooperative mode of the two kinds of organizations, that is, the museum and the education, tourism, culture and economy through the museum and the education, tourism, culture, economy. Based on the analysis of the relationship between society and other aspects, this paper puts forward the principles and cooperative mechanism of the utilization of museum and regional educational resources, constructs a dynamic CMB model, and takes the lead in the design, use and practice of "Learning list" in China. Through the analysis of the economic environment of the museum, the author thinks that besides the role of society and culture, the museum is in the economic, political, community and government image. So that they all play an important role in public relations. In view of the current tendency to emphasize only the social benefits of museums, this paper systematically expounds that museums are increasing economic income and promoting the development of tourism and related industries. Increasing employment opportunities, influencing the local economy through information dissemination, attracting funds and helping to withdraw money. The paper also takes the natural science museum as an example to practice, according to the new museum operation management idea and the expanded museum function orientation, through three cases, verified the museum management organization system operation. The feasibility of the practice of museum regional function development and cooperative education between museum and school proves the importance of coordinated development between museum and regional society. And the extensive social function of the museum evolves with the change of society.
