语境视角下合作信息查寻与检索的相关性模型研究

【摘要】：相关性作为情报学基本问题与信息检索领域的核心概念这一观点已经得到国内外学界的普遍认可,其理论成果和实证成果都颇为丰硕。近年来,合作信息查寻与检索正逐渐成为图书情报领域的研究热点,其研究范围与内容都取得了长足的发展,但是对相关性这一基本问题的研究却很少涉及。鉴于此,本研究采取自然主义的方法探究合作信息查寻与检索中群体用户合作相关性判断影响因素,并基于此构建合作信息查寻与检索的相关性模型。本研究的主要内容和成果如下：(1)识别合作信息查寻与检索相关性判断的影响因素集。以4个具有真实信息需求的合作群体用户为研究对象,利用观察、出声思维法、访谈等多种形式收集他们合作信息查寻与检索的相关性判断过程数据,通过扎根理论的三级编码方式对案例进行分析,最终归纳出5个合作信息查寻与检索相关性判断影响因素范畴,分别为语境、主体特质、需求与目标、信息交流、分工与角色。(2)编制合作信息查寻与检索相关性判断影响因素量表。根据前述合作相关性判断影响因素范畴下的具体编码并结合文献中的研究成果,编制合作信息查寻与检索相关性判断影响因素量表,并通过项目分析、探索性因素分析等方法分析预调研数据,检验筛选量表项目,形成合作信息查寻与检索相关性判断影响因素正式量表。(3)构建合作信息查寻与检索相关性判断的影响因素模型。根据扎根理论编码结果和前人研究结果构建合作信息查寻与检索的相关性判断影响因素初始模型,利用上述量表收集问卷523份,其中有效问卷501份,利用结构方程模型对初始模型进行分析与验证。(4)构建合作信息查寻与检索相关性模型。基于Mizarro四维模型和群体决策判断模型构建合作信息查寻与检索相关性模型,阐释了合作相关性就是用户的群体信息需求集合与信息资源集合在信息交流和用户心理作用下在个体和群体间达成共识的匹配关系。
[Abstract]:Relevance as the basic problem of information science and the core concept in the field of information retrieval has been widely accepted by scholars both at home and abroad, and its theoretical and empirical results are very rich in recent years. Cooperative information search and retrieval is gradually becoming the research hotspot in the field of library and information. Its research scope and content have made great progress, but the research on the basic issue of correlation is rarely involved. In view of this. This study adopts a naturalistic approach to explore the impact factors of cooperative information search and retrieval in the judgment of cooperative relevance of group users. Based on this model, the correlation model of cooperative information search and retrieval is constructed. The main contents and results of this study are as follows: 1). Identification of cooperative information search and retrieval relevance of the set of influencing factors. Four groups of users with real information needs as the research object. Using observation, voice thinking, interviews and other forms to collect their cooperative information search and retrieval of correlation judgment process data, through rooted theory of three-level coding method to analyze the case. Finally, five categories of cooperative information search and retrieval relevance judgment are concluded, which are context, subject characteristics, needs and objectives, and information exchange. Division of labor and role. 2) compiling the scale of factors influencing the judgment of correlation between search and retrieval of cooperative information. According to the above cooperativeness judgment, the specific codes under the category of influencing factors and the research results in the literature are combined. To compile the cooperative information search and retrieval correlation judgment factors scale, and through item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and other methods to analyze the pre-survey data, test and screen the items of the scale. Formal scale of factors influencing the judgment of correlation between Cooperative Information search and Retrieval. Based on the coding results of rooted theory and previous research results, the initial model of influencing factors of cooperative information search and retrieval is constructed. 523 questionnaires were collected with the scale mentioned above, among which 501 valid questionnaires were collected. Using structural equation model to analyze and verify the initial model. The correlation model of cooperative information search and retrieval is constructed, and the correlation model of cooperative information search and retrieval is constructed based on Mizarro four-dimensional model and group decision judgment model. It is explained that cooperative relevance is the matching relationship between user's group information demand set and information resource set under the action of information exchange and user psychology, which can reach a consensus between individual and group under the influence of information exchange and user psychology.
