图书馆微信服务的调查与分析

【摘要】:随着移动互联网技术的不断提高和智能手机设备的广泛普及,各行各业都与移动互联网相融合形成互联网+的新模式,对于图书馆来说,开展图书馆移动信息服务是十分必要和迫切的。微信是当下最为流行的即时通讯软件,具有免费,即时,便捷等特点并且拥有庞大的用户群体。图书馆利用微信公众平台自身丰富的功能以及开放的API端口可以为读者提供公告、查询、咨询等信息移动信息服务。图书馆微信服务起步于2012年年末,距现在已有3年多的时间,本文通过对我国已开通微信服务的图书馆公众平台进行现状调查,了解图书馆微信服务的实际应用状况,发现当下图书馆微信服务的问题,针对问题提出相应的解决措施,从而优化图书馆微信的服务质量,用更完善的服务让读者得到更优质的体验。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of mobile Internet technology and the widespread popularization of smart phone devices, all kinds of industries have merged with the mobile Internet to form a new model of the Internet. It is very necessary and urgent to develop library mobile information service. WeChat is the most popular instant messaging software. The library can make use of the rich function of WeChat public platform and open API port to provide public announcement and inquiry for readers. The library WeChat service started at the end of 2012, and it has been more than three years since now. This paper investigates the status quo of the library public platform which has opened the WeChat service in China. To understand the practical application of library WeChat service, to find out the current problems of library WeChat service, and to put forward corresponding measures to solve the problems, so as to optimize the service quality of library WeChat. Use more perfect service to let readers get better experience.
