【摘要】：2016年,合肥市民营独立书店"保罗的口袋金口袋分店"加入"合肥市公共图书馆联盟",成为了合肥市图书馆的分馆——"口袋图书馆",开创了民营性书店转型为公益性图书馆的先例。其运营、模式、营销推广策略均体现出独立书店与公共图书馆合作的新模式。其成功之处表现在:第一,扩展书店与图书馆的合作模式;第二,具有开创性的图书馆体验式服务;第三,满足用户个性化需求;第四,开发被忽视的潜在用户群。
