国际档案大会主题研讨的成果及影响研究

【摘要】：国际档案大会是全球规模最大、影响最广的档案专业会议,大会关于档案专业问题所进行的研讨,不仅取得了丰硕的成果,也产生了广泛的影响。然而,目前各国档案学界对国际档案大会的关注程度还不够高、研究还不够深入,多止步于对国际档案大会基本情况的介绍。因此,本文对前17届国际档案大会的主题研讨及其产生的成果和影响展开深入研究,以期抛砖引玉,引起学界的重视。全文共分为五个部分：第一部分“绪论”,交代了本文的研究背景、国内外研究现状、研究目的、研究意义、研究内容、研究思路、研究方法、文章的创新点与特色等,为本研究的深入开展做好了充足的准备。第二部分“国际档案大会概述”,先简要介绍了国际档案理事会及其与国际档案大会的相互关系,而后从总体上概述了国际档案大会的基本状况,进而分别介绍了前17届国际档案大会召开的时间、地点、参会国数量和参会代表数量、大会研讨的主题、取得的成就等,并列出两个表格,以直观表述历届国际档案大会的基本情况。最后,交代丁国际档案大会研讨次数最多的10个主题,并将这10个主题分为“档案学基础理论”、“档案学应用理论”、“档案应用技术”、“档案史学”、“档案教育”、“国际档案合作”六大类,为后文的研究作了铺垫。第三部分是本文的主体内容,共分为6章(第2至8章),即“国际档案大会关于档案学基础理论的研讨及其成果和影响”、“国际档案大会关于档案学应用理论的研讨及其成果和影响”、“国际档案大会关于档案应用技术的主研讨及其成果和影响”、“国际档案大会关于档案史学的研讨及其成果和影响”、“国际档案大会关于档案教育的研讨及其成果和影响”、“国际档案大会关于国际档案合作的研讨及其成果和影响”。其中,档案学基础理论包括“档案术语”、“来源原则”和“文件生命周期理论”三个主题；档案学应用理论包括“档案鉴定理论”、“档案开放理论理论”和“档案馆理论”三个主题。在这部分中,文章先回顾了国际档案大会关于这六大类主题所作的历次研讨,而后总结了历次研讨产生的成果,最后分析了这些研讨和成果产生的影响。第四部分“国际档案大会影响下档案学发展的特点和趋势”,探讨了在国际档案大会的影响下,国际档案学在发展过程中体现出来的五大特点——档案学发展的受关注度日益提高、档案学发展的不平衡性逐渐减弱、档案学与相关学科的交叉渗透日益增强、档案学与科学技术的联系日趋紧密、档案学国际交流与合作口益密切,并进一步探讨了国际档案大会影响下档案学发展的趋势——分化与整合并进、从“小档案学”发展为“大档案学”。第五部分“结语”,先分析了笔者撰写论文时遇到的困难,指出了论文中存在的不足之处；而后对文章作了全面总结,呼吁我国档案人员关注国际档案大会,并注重对国际档案大会及其研讨主题的介绍和研究。文章采用文献研究法、逻辑分析法和数据分析法等研究方法,遵循“由面到点——由点及面——点面结合”的研究思路,按照“回顾与介绍”——“统计与分析”——“总结与拓展”——“挖掘与探索”的逻辑顺序,由浅入深、由表及里、层层递进、循序渐进。
[Abstract]:International Archives conference is the world's largest and most influential professional conference conference on archives, archives of professional, not only achieved fruitful results, but also has extensive influence.
