【摘要】：本文基于宁夏贺兰县"图书馆+电商创业"培训的案例,结合其创新举措以及取得的成效,以期为基层图书馆服务农村经济,推动农村经济发展,实现从文化惠民到文化富民的转变提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Based on the case of "Library Electronic Business Entrepreneurship" training in Helan County, Ningxia, this paper combines its innovative measures and achievements in order to serve the rural economy and promote the rural economic development for the grass-roots libraries. To realize the transformation from cultural benefit to cultural prosperity provides reference.
