基于RFID的低利用率文献高密度存储——上海大学图书馆RFID密集库建设实践

【摘要】:RFID技术应用于图书馆已十年有余,RFID图书也面临着剔旧的现实问题。如何对低利用率的RFID图书进行管理、如何对前期投入在RFID图书中的财力与人力成本最大化的延续利用,是各高校图书馆亟待解决的问题。本文以上海大学图书馆RFID密集库建设实践为例,将低利用率RFID图书密集建库储存,充分利用RFID标签对图书进行定位,并将定位信息与Aleph系统整合,实现了基于Aleph系统的一站式管理与预约外借服务。
[Abstract]:RFID technology has been applied in libraries for more than ten years, and it is also facing the problem of weeding out the old ones. How to manage the low utilization ratio of RFID books, how to maximize the financial and human costs invested in RFID books, and how to make full use of them. This paper takes the construction practice of RFID intensive library of Shanghai University Library as an example, stores the low utilization ratio of RFID books, and makes full use of RFID tags to locate the books. The location information is integrated with the Aleph system to realize the one stop management and reservation loan service based on the Aleph system.
