美国图书馆游戏化服务实践探析

【摘要】:美国图书馆游戏化服务分为图书馆定制开发图书馆游戏、图书馆整体体验的游戏化、图书馆活动的游戏化和图书馆利用教育和导引的游戏化4种形式。其特点与问题包含规模和应用的范围普遍不大;实施部署游戏化服务多利用已有平台;游戏化元素的应用以PBL为主,注重以用户为中心设计;重视评估和效果跟踪,但缺乏深入评估的有效工具。美国图书馆游戏化服务的成功经验带给我国以下启示:正视开展游戏化服务所面临的挑战、障碍和风险;结合实际,以用户为中心设计和开展图书馆游戏化服务;整合多方面力量推动游戏化服务开展,共同提升游戏化服务水平。
[Abstract]:The library gameplay service in the United States is divided into library customized development, library games, and the whole library experience of gaming. The gameplay of library activities and the use of education and guidance by libraries are four forms. Its characteristics and problems contain little scope and scope of application. The application of gameplay elements is based on PBL, focusing on user-centered design, evaluation and effect tracking, However, there is a lack of effective tools for in-depth evaluation. The successful experience of library gaming services in the United States has brought the following lessons to our country: facing the challenges, obstacles and risks faced in the development of gameplay services; The user-centered design and development of library gameplay services; the integration of various forces to promote the development of gameplay services, and jointly improve the level of gamification services.
