西部地区高校博物馆发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】：高校博物馆凝聚着历史与文明,是一所大学不可或缺的重要财富,可以让更多人共享精神遗产,其存在对整个社会的文明进步和学校发展都具有其它社会文化设施无法替代的意义。目前全国很多高等学校均建立了自己的博物馆,毋容置疑,高校博物馆的建设对于高校对外展示自身形象,对内服务教学科研,都发挥了很大作用。作为博物馆群体中的一种特殊类型,高校博物馆的功能也越来越显著。西部地区是指我国经济欠发达地区,主要包括重庆市、四川省、贵州省、广西壮族自治区等十二个地区,由于这些地区经济文化的不断发展和国家的各项优惠政策,出现了很多优秀的高校博物馆,如四川大学博物馆、西北大学博物馆、西北师范大学博物馆、成都理工大学博物馆、贺州学院族群文化博物馆等等。但是从总体来说,西部地区高校博物馆建设还存在很多问题,如建设相对滞后、与东部中部发达地区发展差距大、西部地区各高校博物馆之间发展不平衡等。很多高校已经充分认识到了博物馆、展览馆对于自身文化建设的重要性,开始着手进行这方面的工作。事实证明,在当前经济社会发展条件之下,西部地区高校开展博物馆的建设,已经水到渠成,这也成为很多高校领导的共识。本文试图通过对西部地区高校博物馆的调查研究,分析在现有的条件下高校博物馆的发展情况,探究高校博物馆发展遇到的“瓶颈”,提出适合各类型高校博物馆发展策略。作为西部民族地区,经济发展程度与东部发达地区差别较大,社会特点不同,文化上具有自身特色,所以在博物馆建设策略上并不能完全照搬其他地区乃至西方的经验,必须探索适合自身特点的发展路径,搞清楚这个路径,提出具体可行的措施,同时也为其他高校博物馆的发展建设提供一定的参考。全文由绪论、正文、结语三部分组成,正文部分共分为四章。绪论部分主要包括选题背景、研究现状以及博物馆、高校博物馆、高校、西部地区等相关概念阐述。第一章介绍了西部地区高校博物馆建设的整体状况,以及一些比较成功的典型案例,包括四川大学博物馆、西北大学博物馆、云南大学人类学博物馆和贺州学院族群文化博物馆以及正在建设中的广西师范大学王城博物馆。第二章详细论述了西部地区高校博物馆的特点、价值和发展趋势,通过对高校博物馆资料的分析,对目前西部地区高校博物馆的发展进行了具体评述。第三章主要分析了西部地区高校博物馆存在的问题。从目前高校博物馆发展情况来看,普遍存在着如管理权限不清晰、重视程度不够、体制机制不够健全、经营管理理念难以创新等问题。第四章针对目前西部地区高校博物馆所存在的问题,从宏观和微观两个方面分析了如何促进高校博物馆进一步发展的对策建议。宏观上,我国教育部与文化部要完善政策,明确高校博物馆的管理归属,以便能从一个较高的位置对高校博物馆发展现状有个明确的认识,效仿发达地区建立高校博物馆联盟,西部地区也可以成立高校博物馆联盟,促使西部地区高校博物馆的发展更加专业化、规范化和制度化。

Many colleges and universities have established their own museum, there is no doubt that the construction of the University Museum for foreign universities to show their own image of serving the teaching and scientific research, have played a very important role. The western region refers to China's Underdeveloped Areas, including Chongqing City, Sichuan Province, Guizhou province. The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and other twelve regions, because of the preferential policies to the economic and cultural development of these areas and countries, there has been a lot of excellent university museum, Such as the Museum of Sichuan University, Northwestern University Museum, Northwest Normal University Museum, Museum of Chengdu University of Technology, HeZhou University Museum of ethnic culture and so on. But generally speaking, the University Museum Construction in western regions there are still many problems, such as construction is lagging behind the development and the eastern and Central areas of difference, between the University Museum of western regional development imbalance. Many universities have to fully understand to the museum, exhibition hall for the importance of the construction of their culture, began to work in this area. In fact, under the current economic and social development, construction, carry out the Museum of Western College has been a matter of course, this has become a lot of university leadership consensus. This paper tries to research on the University Museum in western area. Analysis of the development situation in the University Museum under the existing conditions,. The University Museum Development "bottleneck", suitable for various types of University Museum.
