合肥市高校图书馆间数字鸿沟的调查与分析

【摘要】:人类社会先后经历了4个时代:渔猎、农业、工业、以及现在所处的信息时代。在信息时代,生产力得到了极大的发展。人们的物质生活也日益丰富,信息资源成为推动人类社会不断进步的重要资源。当然,信息时代也会存在一些社会问题,比如:数字鸿沟。图书馆间数字鸿沟是从图书馆的角度研究数字鸿沟问题的。基于教育公平和马太效应的理论,笔者开展了图书馆间数字鸿沟的实证研究。希望通过实际的调研来发现问题,并根据实际情况制定对策解决问题。本文的研究主要包含以下几个方面的内容:第一章,绪论。本章主要介绍本文的研究背景及意义,国内外研究现状,研究的目的、思路以及研究方法。第二章,高校图书馆间数字鸿沟的相关概述。本章主要是分析图书馆间数字鸿沟的相关概念以及介绍相关理论,为后文打下理论基础。本文所牵涉到的相关概念主要包括:数字鸿沟、图书馆间数字鸿沟、数字鸿沟的测量、电子资源、数字参考咨询等。其相关理论则包括:一,教育公平理论;二,马太效应理论。第三章,高校图书馆间数字鸿沟的现状分析。本章分析数字鸿沟与图书馆间数字鸿沟的相关现状。数字鸿沟的现状主要包括三个层面:国家间、地区间、人群间。通过对图书馆间数字鸿沟的现状梳理发现,这一鸿沟的确存在,且相关问题并没有得到人们的重视,由此激发笔者对这一问题的研究热情。第四章,合肥市高校图书馆间数字鸿沟的调查设计。该章由三部分组成:调查内容、调查对象、调查方法。首先,根据研究需要设定调查内容。其次,确定调查的范围。最后,针对不同的调查内容选择不同的调查方法。第五章,合肥市高校图书馆间数字鸿沟的调查。该章由三部分组成:接入沟的表现、使用沟的表现、知识沟的表现。通过实际的调查来获取数据,然后对所获数据进行纵向比较,并发现问题。第六章,高校图书馆间数字鸿沟形成原因分析。针对调查所发现的问题进行成因分析,以便下一步更好的制定弥合对策。第七章,弥合高校图书馆间数字鸿沟的对策。对策的制定必须结合实际、实事求是。上文是分层调研、纵向比较,针对上文发现的问题,本章也是分层面地制定弥合对策。笔者将对策也相应的分成了三个层面:接入沟层面、使用沟层面、知识沟层面。第八章,结语。这部分简单归纳图书馆间数字鸿沟的实证研究,找出研究中存在的不足之处,并展望未来。
[Abstract]:Human society has experienced four times: fishing and hunting, agriculture, industry, and now the information age.In the information age, productivity has been greatly developed.People's material life is also increasingly rich, information resources become an important resource to promote the progress of human society.Of course, the information age will also have some social problems, such as: digital divide.The digital divide between libraries is studied from the point of view of library.Based on the theory of educational fairness and Matthew effect, the author carries out an empirical study on the digital divide between libraries.Hope through the actual investigation to find the problem, and according to the actual situation to formulate countermeasures to solve the problem.This paper mainly includes the following aspects: chapter one, introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, research purposes, ideas and research methods.The second chapter is an overview of the digital divide between university libraries.This chapter mainly analyzes the related concepts of the digital divide between libraries and introduces the relevant theories, which will lay a theoretical foundation for the following articles.The related concepts in this paper include: digital divide, digital divide between libraries, measurement of digital divide, electronic resources, digital reference and so on.The related theories include: first, educational equity theory; second, Matthew effect theory.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the digital divide between university libraries.This chapter analyzes the current situation of digital divide and digital divide between libraries.The present situation of the digital divide mainly includes three levels: between countries, between regions, and among people.Through combing the present situation of the digital divide between libraries, it is found that the gap does exist, and the related problems have not been paid attention to, thus arousing the enthusiasm of the author to study this problem.Chapter four, the investigation and design of digital divide between university libraries in Hefei.This chapter consists of three parts: investigation content, investigation object and investigation method.First of all, according to the needs of the study set the content of the survey.Second, determine the scope of the investigation.Finally, different investigation methods are chosen according to different contents of investigation.Chapter five, the investigation of the digital divide between university libraries in Hefei.The chapter consists of three parts: the performance of the access ditch, the performance of the use ditch, and the performance of the knowledge ditch.Through the actual survey to obtain the data, and then the data obtained longitudinal comparison, and found problems.The sixth chapter analyzes the causes of the digital divide between university libraries.The causes of the problems found in the investigation are analyzed in order to better formulate bridging countermeasures.Chapter seven, the countermeasures to bridge the digital gap between university libraries.The formulation of countermeasures must be combined with reality and seek truth from facts.The above is stratified research, vertical comparison, in response to the problems identified above, this chapter is also a multidimensional approach to the development of bridging countermeasures.The author divides the countermeasures into three levels: access trench level, use ditch level, knowledge gully level.Chapter eight, conclusion.This part summarizes the empirical research on the digital divide between libraries, finds out the shortcomings of the research, and looks forward to the future.
