专利技术产业化视野下的产业技术知识基础评价研究——基于3D打印专利情报

【摘要】:[目的 /意义]产业中专利的实施需要良好的技术知识基础并形成有效的技术组合,本文选取3D打印这一战略性新兴技术的专利情报作为研究对象,探究了技术知识基础对专利技术产业化的作用机制,并从专利管理视角提出区域与工艺技术知识基础的界定及其对技术产业化的影响,拓展了知识基础理论在产业创新研究中的应用。[过程/方法 ]实证研究中,运用孔多塞评价法对中国三省区和3D打印三种主流工艺的专利技术知识基础进行多指标综合评价,从创新网络结构、知识基础规模、知识基础广度、知识基础多元度、知识基础深度五个维度综合对比了在不同区域和工艺基础上推进技术产业化的专利条件与实施潜力。[结果 /结论 ]以3D打印产业为例的研究发现,特定技术在不同区域和工艺上势必存在专利技术知识基础差异,仅从专利数量等单一因素来判断某区域或技术工艺是否具备技术产业化基础并以此为依据进行产业规划是不够客观全面的。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] the implementation of patent in industry needs good technical knowledge base and effective technology combination. In this paper, 3D printing, a strategic emerging technology patent information, is chosen as the research object.This paper probes into the function mechanism of technological knowledge base on patent technology industrialization, and puts forward the definition of regional and technological knowledge base and its influence on technology industrialization from the perspective of patent management.Expand the application of knowledge-based theory in industrial innovation research.[process / method] in the empirical study, we use Comdorcet evaluation method to evaluate the knowledge base of patent technology in three provinces and regions of China and three mainstream technologies in 3D printing, from innovating the network structure and the scale of knowledge base.Five dimensions of knowledge base breadth, knowledge base diversity and knowledge base depth comprehensively compared the patent conditions and implementation potential of promoting technology industrialization on the basis of different regions and processes.[results / conclusion] taking the 3D printing industry as an example, it is found that there are bound to be differences in the knowledge base of patent technology in different regions and processes for specific technologies.It is not objective and comprehensive to judge whether a region or technological process has the basis of technology industrialization only from the single factor such as the number of patents and so on.
