国家图书馆外文书目数据RDA化改造刍论

【摘要】：近年来,国家图书馆在RDA理论研究和实践探索上取得了丰硕的成果,并在编目工作中实现了RDA本地化。2015—2016年,国家图书馆组织制订"RDA本地政策声明"(NLC PS),于2017年年初完成该项工作。NLC PS经国家图书馆编目工作委员会审议并通过,这标志着国家图书馆将在外文资源编目中正式启用RDA。新建记录采用NLC PS之后,对外文书目数据库中既有的。AACR2历史数据的改造也需提上日程,从GMD的改造、规范检索点的维护、深化关系揭示以及技术支撑几个方面讨论国家图书馆外文书目数据RDA化改造问题,提出具体方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the National Library has made fruitful achievements in the theoretical research and practical exploration of RDA, and has realized the localization of RDA. 2015-2016 in the cataloging work.The National Library Organization formulated the RDA Local Policy statement and completed the work in early 2017, which was considered and adopted by the National Library cataloguing Committee. This indicates that the National Library will officially launch the RDA in the Foreign language Resource catalogue.After the new records are built with NLC PS, the transformation of the existing historical data of .AACR2 in the foreign bibliographic database also needs to be put on the agenda. From the transformation of the GMD, the maintenance of the retrieval points should be standardized.This paper discusses the problem of RDA transformation of foreign bibliographic data in National Library from the aspects of deepening the relationship and technical support, and puts forward some concrete plans.
