中国高被引学者的跨国流动特征和影响——基于论文的计量分析

【摘要】：大科学时代,科研人员跨国流动是其学术生涯的重要组成部分,我国是世界上最大的留学生输出国,为测度我国高层次科技人才跨国流动的特点和规律,选取中国高被引学者为研究样本,构建其个人履历信息数据库和科研产出数据库,通过科研履历分析、科学计量分析以及计量经济分析,发现三分之二的学者有在科技发达国家求学、研修或工作的经历,本科中国—海外博士是其主要流动路径,学者跨国流动方式、流动国家、流动阶段对其建立国际科学合作关系和提升科研生产力都有显著影响。
[Abstract]:In the era of big science, the transnational mobility of scientific research personnel is an important part of their academic career. China is the largest foreign student exporting country in the world. In order to measure the characteristics and laws of the transnational flow of high-level scientific and technological talents in China,Selecting Chinese high citation scholars as the research samples, this paper constructs its personal resume information database and scientific research output database, through the analysis of scientific research resume, scientific econometric analysis and econometric analysis.It is found that 2/3 of the scholars have the experience of studying, studying or working in the developed countries of science and technology.The mobile stage has a significant impact on the establishment of international scientific cooperation and the enhancement of scientific research productivity.
