阅读推广视阈下出版社与图书馆合作出现的问题及对策分析

【摘要】:多年来,出版社与图书馆的关系密切,二者彼此辅助,资源互补。大数据时代的到来,以及全民阅读政策的推广,使得出版社与图书馆间的关系由原来单纯的内容提供与知识储存转变为内容共享与公共服务。而在各种阅读活动的推广过程中,出版社与图书馆的合作出现了各种问题,如上层规划难落地,整体统筹不到位,针对目标不明确;活动成本难估算,沟通互动不便捷,出版社参与积极性不高;活动形式难有创新,出版社与图书馆产生倦怠,阅读推广活动流于表面;出版社与图书馆对于阅读推广活动的寄望和关注不同,容易造成阅读推广活动合作不顺,相互掣肘等,进而引起业内外人士的普遍关注。为解决这些潜在的,或者已经显现的问题,笔者建议尝试以下办法,政策先行,调研前置;以联盟联合方式,深化出版社与图书馆间的全方位合作;以PDA读者采购模式为基础,实现出版社与图书馆双赢等。
[Abstract]:Over the years, the publishing house and the library close relationship, the two mutual assistance, complementary resources. With the advent of big data's era and the popularization of the national reading policy, the relationship between publishing houses and libraries has changed from simple content provision and knowledge storage to content sharing and public service. However, in the process of popularizing various reading activities, the cooperation between the publishing house and the library has appeared a variety of problems, such as the difficulty of planning in the upper level, the lack of overall planning, the lack of clear objectives, the difficulty in estimating the cost of activities, and the difficulty in communicating and interacting. The initiative of publishing house is not high, the form of activity is difficult to innovate, the publishing house and library produce burnout, the activity of reading extension flows on the surface, the hope and concern of publishing house and library for reading extension activity are different. Easy to cause reading promotion activities cooperation, mutual constraints and so on, and then cause widespread concern inside and outside the industry. In order to solve these potential or existing problems, the author suggests that we should try the following methods, policy first, research first; deepen the comprehensive cooperation between publishing house and library in the way of alliance and union; base on PDA reader purchasing model. To realize the win-win situation between the publishing house and the library.
