公共图书馆信用服务的支撑、前提、效能与未来

【摘要】:公共图书馆信用服务是近年我国图书馆领域开展的一项新型服务方式,用户直接使用自己的社会信用指数,免证、免押金地使用图书馆的资源与服务。图书馆信用服务与传统服务形式存在着不同,它是对传统服务的一种超越,但它仍然不属于一项创新型服务活动,只是一种新式的服务方式。建立自身的用户信用体系或者与社会信用机构联合是图书馆开展信用服务的基础。图书馆信用服务的主要目标是提高效能,图书馆集成创新和社会参与是图书馆信用服务实现的保证,联盟化与标准化是图书馆信用服务未来发展的方向。
[Abstract]:The credit service of public library is a new type of service in the field of library in our country in recent years. Users use their own social credit index directly, avoid the certificate, and use the resources and services of the library without deposit. The library credit service is different from the traditional service form, it is a kind of surpassing to the traditional service, but it still does not belong to an innovative service activity, just one kind of new service way. It is the foundation of the library to develop credit service by establishing its own user credit system or combining with social credit institutions. The main goal of the library credit service is to improve the efficiency, the library integration innovation and social participation are the guarantee of the library credit service realization, and the alliance and standardization are the future development direction of the library credit service.
