优化我国省级档案网站的对策研究

【摘要】：信息化是未来全球发展的大趋势,而档案的网络化建设是顺应时代发展的必然选择,也是实现我国档案事业跨越式发展的需要。1996年北京市档案局(馆)成立了我国首个档案网站,然后各地档案机构也不断建立起自己的档案网站。随着档案网站如雨后春笋般的涌现,其发展状况也逐渐受到社会各界的关注,不仅是从事档案工作的人员,还有档案界的学者,甚至还包括众多的对档案感兴趣的社会大众,人们希望通过档案网站获取更多的档案知识和有利用价值的档案信息。我国省级档案馆作为地方性综合档案馆,其重要性不言而喻。笔者对我国28个省级档案网站进行了综合调查研究,归纳总结出当前我国省级档案信息网站的建设现状,找出我国档案信息网站存在的问题和不足,并对其原因进行分析后,分别从信息内容、信息服务和信息组织形式这三方面对于优化我国省级档案网站发展提出了对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Informatization is the major trend of global development in the future, and the network construction of archives is an inevitable choice to conform to the development of the times. In 1996, Beijing Municipal Archives Bureau (Library) established the first archival website in China, and then local archives organizations also set up their own archival websites. With the emergence of archival websites, their development has gradually attracted the attention of all walks of life, not only the personnel engaged in archival work, but also the scholars in the archival field, and even many members of the public who are interested in the archives. People hope to obtain more archival knowledge and valuable archival information through archival websites. As a local comprehensive archives, the importance of provincial archives is self-evident. The author makes a comprehensive investigation and research on 28 provincial archival websites in China, summarizes the current situation of the construction of the provincial archival information websites in China, finds out the problems and shortcomings of the archival information websites in China, and analyzes the causes. From the aspects of information content, information service and information organization form, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize the development of provincial archival websites in China.
