【摘要】:研究目的:探寻脑卒中领域的科研成果水平、科研合作规律,科研合作模式,为脑卒中研究人员理性选择合作伙伴、生物医学科技战略管理决策提供参考依据。研究方法:1.文献研究法2.科学计量学方法3.社会网络分析法4.词频分析法研究结果:1.脑卒中研究论文一般情况研究在脑卒中研究领域,我国年均SCI论文量仅为非SCI论文量的1/4,国内SCI与国外SCI增长率相比,2010年以前后者大于前者,2010年以后前者大于后者。从论文质量来看,国内脑卒中研究SCI论文篇均被引次数仅为国外的1/2,零被引论文量为国外的1.5倍,国内一半以上论文被引超过3次,国外一半以上论文被引超过8次。从合作一般情况来看,无论是SCI论文还是国内非SCI论文,机构合著率都小于作者合著率;机构合作模式主要都是以2-3个机构合作为主,作者合作模式随着时间的推移在逐渐增加。2.我国脑卒中研究论文合作情况研究我国脑卒中研究SCI论文作者合作网络涉及49849名作者,篇均作者数为3.492,平均聚类系数为0.019,总体合作较松散。SCI论文共涉及6615个机构,平均聚类系数为0.019,台湾地区高校、科研机构和哈佛大学对我国脑卒中的发展影响较深。英国、印度、美国、加拿大四个国家对我国脑卒中研究的国际化发展起着至关重要的作用。我国非SCI论文作者合作网络共涉及118114名作者,篇均作者数为1.232,平均聚类系数为0.0089,合作整体连接稀疏。机构合作网络涉及19845个机构,平均聚类系数为0.003,机构合作仅限于同一地区学校与附属科研机构之间。区域合作形成了以北京为中心的散射图,联系最密集的地区为以北京、四川、广东、上海围成的四边形区域,西部和西北部与中东部地区之间的合作很少,中部与中东部、中东部与东北部之间的合作较频繁。脑卒中研究热点呈现出基础研究向人文关怀的转变,从脑卒中疾病认知与治疗转移到病人康复护理与预后。3.国际脑卒中研究论文合作情况研究国际脑卒中研究论文作者合作网络共涉及461342名作者,篇均作者数为2.77,网络密度为0.207,平均路径长度为2.009,来自德国的Hacke,Werner处于国际脑卒中研究领域核心位置。机构合作网络共涉及52259个科研机构,网络密度为0.019,平均聚类系数为0.0024,平均路径长度为3.422。出现了以哈佛大学和华盛顿大学为主要连接点的的小世界现象。地区合作共涉及196个国家,网络密度为0.176,平均聚类系数为0.173,平均路径长度为1.936。学科合作共涉及149个学科,神经科学相对于其他学科对脑卒中的研究较多,其次是心血管病系统学科。研究结论:1.合作发文已成为脑卒中研究领域的普遍现象和必然趋势。2.作者合作国内以王拥军为代表,国际以Hacke,Werner为代表。3.国内机构合作多集中于同一地区,且处于国际合作网络的边缘位置。4.国内脑卒中研究论文区域合作以中东部地区、台湾地区之间合作较为紧密,西部与中东部地区合作较少。5.国际合作多集中于美国和欧洲发达国家。6.研究的关注点逐渐从脑卒中认知与治疗转移到康复护理与预后。7.神经科学和心血管病系统学科在脑卒中研究中起到至关重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Research objectives: To explore the level of scientific research in the field of stroke, the law of scientific research cooperation, and the model of scientific research cooperation.
