科技专家信息语义模型构建及实证研究

【摘要】:[目的/意义]针对我国科技专家库建设分散、共享困难等问题,通过构建统一的科技专家信息语义模型实现对专家信息统一描述和共享,以打破专家信息孤岛、提高专家库利用效率。[方法/过程]以知识组织理论为基础,构建科技专家语义模型,从6个主要方面将分散、异构的专家信息进行语义化描述、关联与聚合,并采用RDF进行形式化描述和实证研究,最终生成具有较强规范性和语义关系的专家信息库,为实现异构专家信息的共建、共享与服务提供坚实基础。[结果/结论]实验结果表明,采用知识组织模型和方法,能够在语义层面对专家信息进行多维度语义化描述、关联和推理,并最终实现专家信息的有效聚合,在专家库建设、专家发现和知识组织方面有重要价值。[局限]需要对专家信息语义模型的领域适用性和信息更新机制进行持续优化,实现与知识组织工具的深度关联与服务。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] in order to break the isolated island of expert information, the unified description and sharing of expert information can be realized by constructing a unified semantic model of scientific and technological experts' information, aiming at the problems of scattered construction and difficult sharing of scientific and technological experts' database in China. Improve the efficiency of expert pool utilization. [method / process] based on the theory of knowledge organization, the semantic model of scientific and technological experts is constructed, which describes, correlates and aggregates the scattered and heterogeneous expert information from six main aspects. Finally, the expert information database with strong normative and semantic relations is generated, which provides a solid foundation for the co-construction, sharing and service of heterogeneous expert information. [results / conclusions] the experimental results show that the knowledge organization model and method can be used to describe, correlate and infer the expert information at the semantic level, and finally realize the effective aggregation of the expert information and build the expert database. Expert discovery and knowledge organization are of great value. [limitations] it is necessary to continuously optimize the domain applicability and information updating mechanism of the expert information semantic model, and to realize the deep association and service with the knowledge organization tools.
