【摘要】：正随着全国农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证(以下简称"承包地确权")工作深入开展,各地工作过程中形成的文件材料不断增多,归档文件材料的收集和整理工作已提到日程。档案行政管理部门只有充分认识到承包地确权档案的重要性,增强责任意识,站在巩固农村基本经营制度、增强农村发展活力、保障农民财产性收入等高度,才能找到做好承包地确权档案指导工作的切入点和有效方法,助力农
[Abstract]:With the development of the registration and issuance of the right to the contracted management of rural land throughout the country (hereinafter referred to as "the right to confirm the contracted land"), the number of documents and materials formed throughout the work process is increasing. The collection and collation of archival documents has been put on schedule.
