中美护理教育研究热点的可视化数据挖掘分析

【摘要】:研究目的:本研究旨在利用文献计量学方法对中美护理教育研究热点进行可视化数据挖掘分析,用科学知识图谱直观展示近十五年中美护理教育研究热点的现状,比较中国与美国护理教育的研究热点,并预测我国护理教育发展趋势,为我国护理教育研究者提供参考。研究对象:以中美护理教育研究文献作为研究对象:?美国数据来源为“Web of Science?核心合集”(以下简称“WOS”)数据库中2001-2015年有关护理教育(nursing education)的文献。应用主题检索。利用《医学主题词表》(Me SH)作为主题词检索工具。首先将中文词“护理教育”输入英文电子版字典中,得到对应英文词语“Nursing Education”。将其输入到Pub Med数据库的Me SH主题词框查找对应主题词,获得7个相关主题词:Education,Nursing;Nursing Education Research;Education,Nursing,Continuing;Education,Nursing,Graduate;Education,Nursing,Baccalaureate;Education,Nursing,Associate和Education,Nursing,Diploma Programs。应用布尔逻辑运算符构建检索表达式,检索式如下:(TS=”Education Nursing”OR”Nursing Education Research”OR”Education Nursing Continuing”OR”Education Nursing Graduate”OR”Education Nursing Baccalaureate”OR”Education Nursing Associate“OR”Education Nursing Diploma Programs”)检索时间段为2001年至2015年,国家/地区限定为美国(USA),文献类型限定为研究论文(Article)和综述(Review)。?国内研究对象为中国知网和万方数据库2001-2015年有关护理教育的文献。应用主题检索。在CNKI高级检索中检索:主题=“护理教育”,模糊检索,检索时间段为2001年1月1日至2015年12月31日,来源期刊为全部期刊,检索时间为2016年10月20日。在万方数据库高级检索中检索:主题=“护理教育”,检索时间段为2001年1月1日至2015年12月31日,选择期刊论文,检索时间为2016年10月20日。为了解护理教育研究热点的纵向变化,分别对中美研究文献进行分阶段分析(2001-2005年、2006-2010年、2011-2015年),此外,再对中美护理教育研究热点进行整体比较(2001-2015年)和分阶段横向比较。研究方法:2.可视化方法利用美国费城Drexel大学陈超美(Chaomei Chen)教授开发的可视化软件Cite Space,绘制中美护理教育关键词共现知识图谱。2.词频分析法利用关键词或主题词在论文研究领域文献中出现的频次高低来确定研究领域的热点问题,频次越高的关键词或主题词表明被该领域研究者关注的程度越高,所代表的文献内容便是该领域研究的热点问题。3.比较法比较法是根据一定的标准对某类教育现象在不同时期、不同社会制度、不同地点、不同情况下的不同表现,进行比较研究,以揭示教育的普遍规律及其特殊表现。比较的目的在于借鉴,当代美国护理教育是世界先进的典型代表,改革和发展都非常迅速并且具有典型意义。通过比较法,分析中美护理教育研究的共性和差异,从而发现美国护理教育的可借鉴之处,预测中国护理教育的发展趋势。4.文献研究法对中美护理教育关键词共现知识图谱的结果进行二次文献检索,深入剖析文献研究结果中热点关键词的中心思想,从定性角度对某些有代表性的文献的内容进行进一步的分析论证。研究结果:WOS数据库共检出文献9957篇。剔除重复及不相关的文献,最终共纳入文献9232篇。将文献格式转换后导入可视化软件Cite Space中,得到关键词节点141个,连线571条。分阶段研究显示,2001-2005年文献共1539篇,关键词节点102个,连线231条;2006-2010年共2929篇,关键词节点80个,连线212条;2011-2015年共4764篇,关键词节点87个,连线205条。CNKI共检出文献12104篇,万方数据库共检出文献11422篇,剔除重复、会议、新闻、与主题不相关文献后,最终共纳入文献9937篇。将文献格式转换后导入可视化软件Cite Space中,得到关键词节点159个,连线87条。分阶段研究显示,2001-2005年文献共1828篇,关键词节点103个,连线208条;2006-2010年共3829篇,关键词节点94个,连线206条;2011-2015年共4280篇,关键词节点93个,连线205条。对关键词共现知识图谱的结果进行二次文献检索,剖析热点关键词的中心思想,结果显示2001-2005年美国护理教育研究热点为课程和教学内容(社区教育、正念减压、护理信息学、遗传学),教学模式(混合教学、人类患者模拟器、网络教育),症状管理,循证护理实践;2006-2010年研究热点为课程和教学内容(环境卫生课程、护理课程整合质量和安全内容、沟通技能教育),教学模式(以学习为中心、高保真模拟、团队学习),护士职业倦怠,临床护理教学(养老院作为实践教学场所、带教师资培养);2011-2015年研究热点为博士教育,教学内容(跨文化能力),教学模式(翻转课堂、远程在线教育),临床护理专家,护士短缺,护士继续教育。2001-2005年中国护理教育研究热点为有关高等护理教育的改革的研究,包括:人才培养,课程教学和内容,教学方法,实践教学等;2006-2010年研究热点为:临床护理教学(护生能力培养),护理本科生(专业行为与态度、职业发展),护理课程和教学(人文社会科学教育、客观结构化考试、隐形课程),循证护理的研究和社区护理;2011-2015年研究热点为:临床护理教学(师资培养),护理课程和教学(高仿真模拟、情景模拟、灾害护理),能力研究(核心能力、健康教育能力、人文关怀能力),其他研究热点(社区护理、循证护理、老年护理、研究生)等。2001-2015年中美护理教育研究热点关键词共现知识图谱整体比较显示,美国护理教育研究的关键词节点141个,关键词连线571条,关键词节点连线密集,研究合作性强;中国护理教育研究关键词节点159个,关键词连线87条,关键词节点连线较少,研究独立性强,成体系研究缺乏。分阶段比较显示美国护理教育研究热点由护理教学和基本技能到护士职业发展,再到护士继续教育和高级护理人才的培养,侧重于培养学生的知识、技能和职业价值观。中国护理教育研究热点由关注高等护理教育改革到临床护理教学再转向护理教育研究和发展等层面。中国护理教育研究前沿及发展趋势的研究中,通过Cite Space软件探测出中国护理教育文献中关键词的突现情况,对突现节点关键词的历史被引折现图进行总结,得出我国护理教育渐强型研究前沿为护理本科生、健康教育、人文关怀;最新研究前沿为:核心能力、人才培养。结论:美国护理教育研究热点以护理教学和基本技能到护士职业发展,再到护士继续教育和高级护理人才的培养,侧重于培养学生的知识、技能和职业价值观,各研究间存在较强联系。中国护理教育研究主题独立性较强,合作性和研究间的关联性较弱,同时也说明国内在护理教育研究方面,成体系的研究还有所欠缺。在侧重点方面,中国由关注高等护理教育改革到临床护理实践再转向护理教育研究和发展等层面。我国护理教育研究热点主题在总体趋势上与美国护理教育相比,存在着一定的时间差,但是随着时间的推移,差距在慢慢变小。中国护理教育在未来将会以明确的高级护理人才培养目标、灵活多样的教育模式、适应社会发展的课程以及注重能力培养的临床护理教学为主要发展趋势。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to make use of bibliometrics to analyze the hot spot of nursing education in China and the United States by using the method of bibliometrics, to demonstrate the current situation of the hot spots in nursing education in China and the United States in the last fifteen years by using the map of scientific knowledge, to compare the hot spots in the study of nursing education in China and the United States, and to predict the trend of the development of nursing education in China. Chinese nursing education researchers provide reference. Research object: the research literature of Chinese and American nursing education is taken as the research object: 2001-2015 years of literature on nursing education (Nursing Education) in the database of "Web of Science? Core collection" (hereinafter referred to as "WOS"). The application of Subject Retrieval. (Me SH) as the subject word retrieval tool. First, the Chinese word "nursing education" is entered into the English electronic dictionary, and the corresponding English word "Nursing Education" is obtained. The frequency of the keyword or subject word in the literature of the research field to determine the hot issues in the research field, the higher the frequency of the key words or subject words show that the degree of attention of the researchers in this field is higher, the content of the literature is the topic of the research in this field.3. comparative method comparison method is based on a certain standard A comparative study of the different social systems, different places and different situations in different periods of education is carried out to reveal the general rules and special manifestations of education. The purpose of the comparison is to draw lessons from it. The contemporary American nursing education is the advanced representative of the world, and the reform and development are very rapid and typical. By comparing the similarities and differences between the research on nursing education in China and the United States, we can find out the reference of the nursing education in the United States and predict the trend of the development of nursing education in China.4. literature study on the results of the knowledge atlas of the co existing knowledge of the key words in nursing education in China and the United States, and deeply analyze the hot spots in the literature research. The central idea of key words, from the qualitative point of view of the content of some representative literature further analysis and demonstration. The results of the research: WOS database detected a total of 9957 articles. Eliminate duplication and unrelated literature, and finally included 9232 documents. The document format was converted into the visual software Cite Space, and the key word section was obtained. There are 141 points and 571 lines. The study shows that there are 1539 articles in 2001-2005 years, 102 of key words, 231 in conjunction, 2929 for 2006-2010 years, 80 for key words, 212 in conjunction, 4764 in 2011-2015 years, 2001-2005 of key words, and a common inspection of literature. After converting, meeting, news, and subject unrelated literature, the final total of 9937 articles was included. After converting the document format into the visual software Cite Space, the key word nodes 159 and the line 87 were obtained. The phase study showed that the 2001-2005 year literature was 1828, the keyword node 103, the line 208, the 2006-2010 year 3829, and the keyword node 9. 4, 206 links; 2011-2015 years altogether 4280, keyword nodes 93, line 205. The results of the knowledge map of the key words were searched for two times, and the central thought of the hot key words was analyzed. The results showed that the focus of research on nursing education in the United States for 2001-2005 years was the course and teaching content (community education, mindfulness decompression, nursing informatics, Genetics), teaching model (mixed teaching, human patient simulator, network education), symptom management, evidence-based nursing practice; 2006-2010 years of research focus on curriculum and teaching content (environmental health courses, nursing courses integrated quality and safety content, communication skills education), teaching model (learning centered, high fidelity simulation, team learning), Job burnout, clinical nursing teaching (nursing home as a practice teaching place, teacher training); 2011-2015 years of research focus on doctoral education, teaching content (cross cultural competence), teaching model (flipped class, distance online education), clinical nursing experts, nurses shortage, nurse continuing education.2001-2005 years of Chinese Nursing Education Research hot spot The research on the reform of higher nursing education includes: talent training, course teaching and content, teaching methods and practical teaching. 2006-2010 years of research focus on clinical nursing teaching (training of nursing students), nursing undergraduates (professional behavior and attitude, professional development), nursing courses and teaching (Humanities and social science education, objective structurization) Examination, stealth course), evidence-based nursing research and community nursing; 2011-2015 years of research focus: clinical nursing teaching (teacher training), nursing courses and teaching (high simulation simulation, scene simulation, disaster nursing), ability research (core competence, health education power, humanistic care ability), other research hot spots (community nursing, evidence-based nursing, old) There are 141 key word nodes in the study of nursing education in the United States, including 141 key words, 571 key words, dense key words and strong cooperation, and 159 key words and 87 key words in Chinese nursing education. The key words of the key words are less connected, the research is independent and the system research is short. It shows that the focus of research on nursing education in the United States is from nursing teaching and basic skills to the professional development of nurses, and then to the training of nurses' Continuing Education and the training of senior nursing talents. It emphasizes the training of students' knowledge, skills and professional values. The focus of the research is on the reform of higher nursing education to clinical nursing teaching and then to the research and development of nursing education. In the research of the research frontier and development trend of nursing education in China, the emergence of key words in the Chinese nursing education literature is detected by Cite Space software, and the history of the key words of the sudden node is quoted. The latest research frontiers of nursing education in China are nursing undergraduates, health education and humanistic care, and the latest research frontiers are core competence and talent cultivation. Conclusion: the focus of research on nursing education in the United States is based on nursing teaching and basic skills to the professional development of nurses, and then to continuing education of nurses and the cultivation of senior nursing talents. There is a strong connection between the students' knowledge, skills and professional values. The research theme of Chinese nursing education has strong independence, and the relevance of cooperation and research is weak. At the same time, it also shows that the research on nursing education in China is still lacking. In the general trend of nursing education research in China, there is a certain time difference compared with American nursing education in the general trend of nursing education research in China. However, the gap is becoming smaller and smaller as time goes on. The future of nursing education in China will be clearly advanced in the future. The development trend of nursing personnel training objectives, flexible and diverse educational models, adapting to social development courses and focusing on ability training of clinical nursing teaching are the main trends.
