俄罗斯图书馆协会20年

【摘要】：俄罗斯图书馆协会正式成立于1995年,20年中带领俄罗斯图书馆界成功地克服了俄罗斯新历史时期的诸多困难,将图书馆及相关领域的服务、活动等纳入了规范性标准、规划、法规及法律制度的调整、保障范围内,共召开的20次年会是一幅展示和反映俄罗斯图书馆事业与协会发展的宏观画卷。文章仅以对俄罗斯图书馆协会的创建、发展及20次年会进行介绍、梳理,"管窥"俄罗斯图书馆领域随时代变化而发生的不断变革,为全面地了解、认识和研究俄罗斯图书馆事业及其图书馆协会提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:The Russian Library Association was formally established in 1995. In 20 years, it led the Russian library community to successfully overcome many difficulties in the new historical period of Russia, and incorporated the services and activities of the library and related fields into the normative standard and planning. Within the scope of regulation and legal system adjustment, the 20 annual meetings are a macro picture showing and reflecting the development of Russian library undertaking and association. By introducing the establishment, development and 20 annual meetings of the Russian Library Association, this paper reviews the continuous changes that have taken place in the field of Russian libraries with the changes of the times, in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of them. To understand and study the library industry and its library association in Russia provides a useful reference.
