基于DEA的农业信息服务网站效率评价研究

【摘要】：农业的信息化首先要考虑农业数字化,"数字农业"的基础工作之一是农业信息网络建设。在现有网站评价方法的基础上,构建农业网站效率评价的指标体系,运用数据包络分析模型,以山东省为例,对省内17个市级政府农业网站的运行效率进行评价。评价结果表明:17个市级农业网站中有3个运行效率相对有效,占网站总数的17.6%,另外14个运行效率相对无效,并对无效网站做了投影分析,根据分析结果给出了提高政府农业网站运行效率的建议。
[Abstract]:Agricultural information must first consider agricultural digitization, one of the basic work of "digital agriculture" is the construction of agricultural information network. On the basis of the existing website evaluation methods, this paper constructs the index system of agricultural website efficiency evaluation, applies the data envelopment analysis model, and takes Shandong Province as an example to evaluate the operation efficiency of 17 municipal government agricultural websites in Shandong province. The results show that three of the 17 municipal agricultural websites are relatively effective, accounting for 17.6% of the total number of websites, while the other 14 are relatively ineffective. According to the analysis results, some suggestions are given to improve the efficiency of government agricultural websites.
