我国档案安全管理的实践与研究

【摘要】：文章以时间为线索,对古代、近代与现代档案安全管理实践历程进行了梳理,并将我国档案安全管理研究划分四个阶段:以引进欧美档案保管理论为基础的起步阶段;以档案实体安全保护为焦点的发展阶段;以档案实体与信息安全为对象的上升阶段;以建立档案安全体系为目标的完善阶段。
[Abstract]:Based on the clue of time, this paper combs the practical course of archives security management in ancient, modern and modern times, and divides the study of archives security management into four stages: the initial stage based on the introduction of the archives custody theory in Europe and the United States; The development stage focuses on the security protection of archival entity, the rising stage of archival entity and information security, and the perfect stage of establishing archival security system.
