从知识搜寻者到知识贡献者——专业虚拟社区用户角色转变的机理研究

【摘要】:【目的/意义】作为新兴的互联网知识源,专业虚拟社区得到信息与知识管理领域学者的关注;专业虚拟社区中知识贡献者少而知识搜寻者多的现象成为学者热议的问题。【方法/过程】本文从动态视角出发,运用计划行为理论考察专业虚拟社区用户从知识搜寻者转变为知识贡献者的内在机理;采用结构方程模型工具AMOS对234份有效样本进行实证分析。【结果/结论】研究发现:专业知识水平中介了知识搜寻行为与知识贡献行为间的正向关系,互惠规范正向调节专业知识水平与知识贡献行为间的关系。据此,本文凝练出知识搜寻者转变为贡献者的两大机制——‘能力机制’与‘动力机制’;并向专业虚拟社区的运营商和管理者提出了鼓励知识搜寻、提倡互惠规范等培养用户促其转变的建议。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] as a new source of Internet knowledge, the professional virtual community has been concerned by scholars in the field of information and knowledge management. The phenomenon that there are fewer contributors and more searchers of knowledge in the professional virtual community has become a hot issue among scholars. [methods / processes] this paper starts from a dynamic perspective, The theory of planning behavior is used to investigate the internal mechanism of users' transformation from knowledge searcher to knowledge contributor in professional virtual community. The structural equation model tool (AMOS) is used to analyze 234 effective samples. [results / conclusions] it is found that the level of professional knowledge mediates the positive relationship between knowledge search behavior and knowledge contribution behavior. Reciprocal norms positively regulate the relationship between the level of professional knowledge and knowledge contribution behavior. Based on this, this paper condenses the two major mechanisms of knowledge searchers to become contributors, namely 'ability mechanism' and 'dynamic mechanism', and proposes encouraging knowledge search to operators and managers of professional virtual communities. Promote reciprocal norms and other suggestions for training users to promote their transformation.
