档案副本的起源及功能探究

【摘要】：档案副本的概念最早可以在西周的儒家经典《周礼》中发现踪迹。古代的档案副本更多的是采用文书形式。在生产力低下的年代,人们不惜成本制作数量众多的副本,真正原因是为了加强行政管理,而不仅仅是为了保护原始档案。档案副本的功能较多,除了正规功能之外,还有图书、文件等衍生功能。自古以来,档案副本就有着突出的社会治理优势,对人类社会的发展起着积极的作用。
[Abstract]:The concept of file copy can be first found in the Confucian Classics of the Western Zhou Dynasty. Ancient copies of the archives are more used in the form of documents. In an age of low productivity, the real reason for making large numbers of copies at any cost is to strengthen administration, not just to preserve the original files. File copy more functions, in addition to the formal function, there are books, documents and other derivative functions. Since ancient times, the copy of archives has outstanding social governance advantages, and plays an active role in the development of human society.
