员工微信信息参与行为的结构及其差异性分析

【摘要】:【目的/意义】互联网时代下,开展员工微信信息参与行为的结构及其差异性研究,为企业管理者掌握员工微信信息参与行为的结构维度和分布特征,改善组织信息参与管理及员工管理提供了借鉴。【方法/过程】基于367份员工样本数据,使用验证性因子分析及单因素方差分析方法,探讨了员工微信信息参与行为的结构维度、行为特征及其在人口统计变量和组织/工作变量上的差异性。【结果/结论】结果表明:微信信息参与行为由获取行为、分享行为、互动行为和内化行为四个维度构成,且微信信息参与行为及其各维度在部分人口统计变量与组织/工作变量上有显著差异。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] in the Internet era, the research on the structure and difference of employees' WeChat information participation behavior is carried out in order to help managers master the structural dimensions and distribution characteristics of employee WeChat information participation behavior. [methods / processes] based on 367 employee sample data, confirmatory factor analysis and single factor variance analysis are used to improve organizational information participation management and employee management. This paper discusses the structural dimensions, behavioral characteristics and differences in demographic variables and organizational / work variables of employee's information participation behavior in WeChat. [results / conclusions] the results show that the participation behavior of WeChat information consists of acquisition behavior and sharing behavior. There are four dimensions of interactive behavior and internalized behavior, and there are significant differences in some demographic variables and organizational / work variables between WeChat information participation behavior and its dimensions.
