大数据背景下公共图书馆的信息服务研究

【摘要】：现阶段,随着社交网络技术、物联网技术、云计算技术和互联网技术的不断发展,对社会各个行业的影响也越来越显著,在信息和数据方面更是呈现出井喷式的增长,这也标志着大数据时代的到来。为了给社会提供更好的文化服务,图书馆界应当对当前的工作方法进行及时调整,理清思路,认清形势,将大数据技术引入到日常的工作当中,在此基础上将大数据转变为相应的信息,为读者所使用。随着时间的推移,图书馆信息服务和大数据的结合逐渐成为行业发展的一个重要方向,在图书馆信息服务中引入大数据技术,为读者提供多样化、个性化的服务业逐渐成为重要的发展趋势,本文对大数据时代下的图书馆发展进行了系统的阐述,并基于一些全新的方法进行了分析和研究。本文第一章主要介绍本文的研究背景、目的、方法及国内外研究现状等。第二章和第三章系统阐述了图书馆信息服务和大数据时代的一些相关概念。第四章阐述了大数据对图书馆信息服务的影响,并基于信息咨询服务、环境设施、服务方式和服务模式进行了系统的分析和研究。第五章将传统的信息服务同大数据时代下的图书馆信息服务进行了对比分析。第六章基于图书馆情报工作和个性化服务等方面对图书馆信息服务的发展进行了阐述。第七章是本文的总结部分,对本文的研究内容和研究结论进行了归纳和总结,并指出了文章的一些不足之处和后续研究方向,希望在今后的工作和生活中能够对图书馆信息服务进行进一步的探讨和研究。
[Abstract]:At this stage, with the continuous development of social network technology, Internet of things technology, cloud computing technology and Internet technology, the impact on all sectors of society is becoming more and more significant. This also marks the arrival of big data's time. In order to provide better cultural services to the society, the library community should adjust its current working methods in a timely manner, clarify its thinking, recognize the situation, and introduce big data's technology into its daily work. On this basis, big data will be transformed into the corresponding information for readers to use. With the passage of time, the combination of library information service and big data has gradually become an important direction of the development of the industry. The individualized service industry has gradually become an important trend of development. This paper systematically expounds the development of libraries under big data's time, and analyzes and studies it on the basis of some new methods. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, purpose, method and current situation of this paper. The second and third chapters systematically expound library information service and some related concepts of big data era. The fourth chapter expounds big data's influence on library information service, and makes a systematic analysis and research based on information consulting service, environmental facilities, service mode and service mode. The fifth chapter compares the traditional information service with the library information service under big data era. Chapter six expounds the development of library information service based on library information work and personalized service. The seventh chapter is the summary of this paper, the research content and conclusions of this paper are summarized and summarized, and pointed out some shortcomings of the article and the direction of follow-up research. It is hoped that the library information service can be further explored and studied in the future work and life.
