WSR描述下的快速响应情报体系:一个综合集成的框架

【摘要】：文章在描述快速响应情报体系"物理-事理-人理"的系统结构基础上,融入综合集成思想,以知识体系、机器体系和专家体系为核心分析快速响应情报体系的构成框架,并以天津港"8·12"爆炸事故为案例对综合集成研讨厅进行了设计和讨论,对于不确定性环境下面向突发事件的快速响应应急决策具有重要启示和应用价值。
[Abstract]:On the basis of describing the system structure of the rapid response information system "physics, principle and human theory", this paper integrates the integrated thought and analyzes the frame of the rapid response information system with the core of knowledge system, machine system and expert system. Taking the "8 12" explosion accident of Tianjin Port as a case study, the design and discussion of the comprehensive integration research hall are carried out, which has important enlightenment and application value for the emergency decision oriented to emergency response in the uncertain environment.
