明代公文档案价值研究

【摘要】：明代是公文理论大发展的时期,明人在聚焦公文功用的同时,也围绕着公文的档案价值展开了集中讨论,其形成的理论共识可与现代档案学理论中的相关概念一一对应。明人针对公文文本所追求的"经济""实录""为后世法"等属性,分别对应着公文档案的现实价值、凭证价值和情报价值,对这些属性的认识,使明人极为看重公文本身,并从中挖掘出了可供政务参考的现实价值。
[Abstract]:The Ming Dynasty is a period of great development of the theory of official documents. While focusing on the function of official documents, the Ming people also discussed the archives value of official documents. The theoretical consensus formed by the Ming Dynasty can correspond to the relevant concepts in modern archives theory one by one. In view of the realistic value, the credential value and the intelligence value of the official documents, the Ming people attached great importance to the official documents themselves, and excavated the realistic value for the reference of the government affairs.
