移动互联网时代企业竞争情报全员参与模式研究

【摘要】:[目的/意义]为企业在移动互联网时代采取全员参与模式提供参考,使企业在新时代的竞争中保持优势。[方法/过程]指出国内企业传统竞争情报组织模式中存在的问题;概括了全员参与模式在移动互联网时代的新内涵,分析了其适用性。[结果/结论]针对国内企业,提出了构建全员参与模式的具体措施,包括培养企业文化,进行情报分类,形成情报流程,搭建共享平台以及设立激励机制。
[Abstract]:The purpose / significance provides a reference for enterprises to adopt the mode of full participation in the era of mobile Internet, so that enterprises can maintain their advantages in the new era of competition. [method / process] this paper points out the problems existing in the traditional competitive intelligence organization model of domestic enterprises, generalizes the new connotation of full participation mode in the era of mobile Internet, and analyzes its applicability. [results / conclusion] in view of domestic enterprises, some concrete measures are put forward to construct the mode of all-staff participation, including cultivating enterprise culture, classifying information, forming information flow, setting up sharing platform and setting up incentive mechanism.
