关于对《河南省农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证档案管理实施办法》的解读

【摘要】：正按照农业部等六部门《关于认真做好农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证工作的意见》的有关精神,为进一步规范河南省农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证档案管理,依据农业部、国家档案局《农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证档案管理办法》,河南省农业厅、河南省档案局制定了《河南省农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证档案管理实施办法》(以下简称《实施办法》)。现对该《实施办法》作以下介绍:1《实施办法》的框架结构和主要内容
