基于认知心理学的大学生信息获取行为调查研究

【摘要】:新媒体时代的来临,各方面的信息以数字化、多媒体化、智能化等方式进入了人们的视野。无论是信息意识还是信息获取的方式渠道等方面都在发生着巨大的改变。大学生在这种信息环境之下如何提高信息获取行为的效率是当今研究的热点。因此本文决定用认知心理学理论对大学生信息获取行为进行系统地理解与分析。第一章首先从认知心理学与信息获取行为的研究背景出发,综述了国内外的研究现状以及相关的理论与实践意义,提出了本篇论文的主要内容、研究方法与新意。第二章简介了认知心理学与信息获取行为的相关理论,并总结出两种概念之间的联系。第三章基于认知心理学理论,从认知因素、情感因素以及意动因素三个方面的认知心理因素,确定了信息用户信息获取行为的一些具体影响因素。第四章采用问卷调查和部分问题深入访谈的方法,并依据信息获取过程的各个阶段逐步设计了调查问卷,了解了行为特征,并证实了三方面的具体影响因素。第五章结合调查数据结论,提出基于大学生信息用户主体与信息服务行业两个视角的建议,以提升大学生信息获取行为效率。第六章对全文进行总结梳理,归纳出研究重点与论文需改进不足之处。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the new media era, all aspects of information have entered the field of vision by means of digitization, multimedia and intelligence. Great changes are taking place in both information consciousness and ways of obtaining information. In this information environment, how to improve the efficiency of information acquisition behavior is the focus of research. Therefore, this paper decides to use cognitive psychology theory to systematically understand and analyze information acquisition behavior of college students. In the first chapter, based on the research background of cognitive psychology and information acquisition behavior, this paper summarizes the current research situation and the related theoretical and practical significance at home and abroad, and puts forward the main contents, research methods and new ideas of this paper. The second chapter introduces the theory of cognitive psychology and information acquisition behavior, and summarizes the relationship between the two concepts. The third chapter, based on the theory of cognitive psychology, determines some specific influencing factors of information users' information acquisition behavior from three aspects: cognitive factors, affective factors and ideational factors. The fourth chapter adopts the method of questionnaire survey and some questions in-depth interview and designs the questionnaire step by step according to each stage of the information acquisition process to understand the behavior characteristics and to confirm the three specific influencing factors. In the fifth chapter, based on the conclusions of the survey data, the author puts forward some suggestions from the perspectives of information user and information service industry in order to improve the efficiency of college students' information acquisition behavior. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text and summarizes the research focus and the deficiencies of the paper.
