科技引文行为的影响因素及内在作用机理分析——以情感反应、认知反应和社会影响为研究视角

【摘要】:文章旨在探究影响科研工作者的科技引文行为的因素及其内在作用机理,对提升科研工作管理效率和科技期刊建设水平具有积极意义。从基于个体层面(认知反应和情感反应)和基于群体层面(社会影响)的多维视角出发,通过整合"精细加工可能性模型"和"情感负荷理论"提出研究假设并构建理论模型。文章选取华中地区高校92个正在进行科学研究的科研团队为研究对象,采用情境实验结合问卷访谈的方式收集369份有效问卷并利用SmartPLS 2.0对模型进行检验。研究结果显示,感知文献内在质量促进科研工作者对文献的认知反应,感知文献外在声誉显著促进情感反应;认知反应和情感反应均正向促进引文意愿;感知领导意愿对认知反应、情感反应和引文行为均存在显著正向影响;学术共同体意识正向调节认知反应对引文意愿的影响程度。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to explore the factors that affect the scientific and technological citation behavior of scientific research workers and its internal mechanism, which is of positive significance to improve the efficiency of scientific research management and the construction level of sci-tech periodicals. Based on the multidimensional perspective of individual level (cognitive response and emotional response) and group level (social impact), this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and constructs the theoretical model by integrating "fine processing possibility model" and "emotion load theory". This paper selects 92 scientific research teams in universities and colleges in central China as the research objects, collects 369 valid questionnaires by using situational experiment and questionnaire interview, and tests the model with SmartPLS 2.0. The results show that perception of internal quality of literature promotes researchers' cognitive response to literature, perception of external reputation of literature significantly promotes emotional response, cognitive response and emotional response both positively promote the willingness of citation. Perceived leadership will have significant positive effects on cognitive response, emotional response and citation behavior, while academic community consciousness positively regulates the extent of cognitive response to citation willingness.
