基层公共图书馆“管理外包”模式思考

【摘要】：文章总结国内外基层公共图书馆管理外包的实践和经验,分析国内基层公共图书馆开展管理外包存在的问题,从政府、外包商、读者层面对这一新型管理模式的发展与完善提出相应建议。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the practice and experience of the management outsourcing of grass-roots public libraries at home and abroad, and analyzes the problems existing in the management outsourcing of domestic grass-roots public libraries. At the reader level, some suggestions are put forward for the development and perfection of this new management model.
