博物馆专业人员国际交流项目的策划——以中国国家博物馆与德国博物馆人员交流为例

【摘要】:文化的交流归根结底是人的交流,而人的交流促进跨文化理解和相关项目的成功。博物馆之间的人员交流构成业务工作的重要一环,是博物馆对外的"窗口"。随着博物馆跨国人员专项交流的日益频繁,提前做好策划工作是项目成功的保证。而仔细研究参与者的交流意愿是策划工作的重要抓手,同时也要顾及国情的差别。在交流过程中,牢牢把握住博物馆自身的特色,展现博物馆的业务能力是项目的重点。只有这样,参与交流的博物馆才能成功传递关键信息,避免交流内容浮于表面、流于形式。规划较长期或者多次交流的项目也可以达到深入交流的目的,但这也要求策划工作者有意识地增加具体业务沟通活动的比例。博物馆跨国人员专项交流是短期集中式的沟通活动,需要提前做好研究和策划工作来保证项目的有效、有序、有目的开展。
[Abstract]:In the final analysis, cultural communication is human communication, and human communication promotes cross-cultural understanding and the success of related projects. The exchange of staff between museums constitutes an important part of the work, and is the window of the museum. With the increasing exchange of museum transnational personnel, planning is the guarantee of the success of the project. Careful study of participants' willingness to communicate is an important part of planning, and should also take into account the differences in national conditions. In the exchange process, firmly grasp the characteristics of the museum itself, show the business ability of the museum is the focus of the project. Only in this way can the participating museum successfully transmit the key information and avoid the communication content floating on the surface and becoming a mere formality. Programs that plan for longer or more exchanges can also achieve the goal of deep communication, but this also requires planners to consciously increase the proportion of specific business communication activities. The special exchange of museum transnational personnel is a short-term centralized communication activity, which needs to do research and planning work well in advance to ensure the effective, orderly and purposeful development of the project.
