浅谈事业单位档案管理信息化建设

【摘要】：当前,网络技术突飞猛进,在各行各业普遍运用信息化和网络化的今天,加强事业单位档案管理信息化建设,是知识经济时代的需要,也是事业单位深化改革的需要。事业单位的档案管理信息化建设有利于事业单位更好地进行内部管理。本文分析了事业单位人事档案管理信息化建设中存在的问题,探讨了推动人事档案管理信息化建设的有效策略,旨在改善当前事业单位中档案信息管理的弊端,提高工作效率。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of network technology, it is necessary to strengthen the information construction of archives management of institutions in the era of knowledge economy, and also the need of deepening the reform of institutions. The information construction of archives management in institutions is conducive to better internal management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the information construction of personnel archives management in institutions, and probes into the effective strategies to promote the information construction of personnel archives management, in order to improve the malpractice of archives information management in institutions at present and to increase the working efficiency.
