中国政府数据开放共享政策的计量分析

【摘要】：文章利用Ucinet和VOSviewer等工具,通过信息计量方法,对我国国家层面现有的政府数据开放共享政策文件从发布时间、政策类型、发布部门及政策内容等方面进行分析。最终得出结论:我国各部门虽然已经开始重视政府数据开放共享工作,但尚未形成一个全国统一的政府数据开放共享政策体系,各部门应加强合作,提高数据互通效率,进一步提高政府数据开放共享质量。
[Abstract]:By using the tools of Ucinet and VOSviewer, this paper analyzes the existing government data open and sharing policy documents at the national level in China from the aspects of release time, policy type, release department and policy content through the method of information measurement. Finally, it is concluded that although all departments in our country have begun to attach importance to the open sharing of government data, they have not yet formed a unified national policy system of open and sharing government data, and all departments should strengthen cooperation to improve the efficiency of data exchange. We will further improve the quality of open sharing of government data.
