浅议现代礼仪和形体训练对空乘服务人员素质的影响

摘要：我国民航业的迅猛发展，对空乘人员职业素养提出了高要求。现代礼仪与形体训练，对空乘专业学生形成良好的心理素质、身体素质、职业人格素质和职业技能素质有着积极而深远的影响，是空乘专业学生素质培养的重要内容。

现代礼仪是人们在现代社会的各种具体交往中，为了互相尊重，在仪表、仪态、仪式、仪容、言谈举止等方面约定俗成的、共同认可的规范和程序。形体训练是以人体科学理论为基础，通过各种手段用来改变人形体的原始状态，以提高人体的灵活性、控制力和形体美的表现力的基本素质训练。职业需要的程式化动作的训练，比如站、走、坐、礼仪姿态等，也被称为形体训练，它是礼仪修养中美学素养的重要内容，是外塑个人与组织形象的重要途径。
