【摘要】：正(以姓氏汉语拼音为序)本刊一直坚持专业学者的双向匿名审稿制度。这不仅是本刊审稿制度的核心要素之一,也是"权力的监督和制约"这一普遍原则在学术界的具体应用,更是避免"利益相互输送"的一种重要方式。2016年度,本刊约请了多位国际安全及相关领域的专家对本刊来稿进行匿名评审,现将
[Abstract]:This magazine has always insisted on the double-way anonymous review of manuscripts by professional scholars. This is not only one of the core elements of the editorial review system, but also the concrete application of the general principle of "supervision and restriction of power" in the academic community, and also an important way to avoid the "transmission of interests to each other" in 2016. We have invited a number of experts in international security and related fields to review our contribution anonymously.
