【摘要】：正为提高编辑工作效率,增强审稿的公正性,全面提升办刊质量,《甘肃政法学院学报》已于近日开通网上投稿审稿系统,投稿审稿实行全程网上处理。现将有关投稿审稿事项公告如下:一、审稿制度本刊实行稿件三审制度,投稿由责任编辑负责初审;初审通过后进入学科专家匿名评审;在充分尊重专家评审意见的基础上,由主编会同副主编终审,考虑刊物的定位特色、学科分布、刊文总量、潜在引证率
