论在编辑部建立ISO9000审稿管理体系

【摘要】：我国引进ISO9000族质量标准以来,"贯标认证"迅速铺开。然而,在高校的学报包括高等职业院校的学报编辑部,至今鲜有运用ISO9000族体系进行审稿管理的。这一问题应该引起我们的高度重视,采取相应措施,逐渐探索实验,建立ISO9000审稿模型,从而早日在学报编辑部有效推行ISO9000审稿质量管理标准,使管理工作更加科学化规范化。
[Abstract]:Since the introduction of ISO9000 family quality standards in China, the implementation of the standard certification quickly spread out. However, few journals in colleges and universities, including the editorial department of higher vocational colleges, have used the ISO9000 system to review manuscripts. This problem should be attached great importance to, take the corresponding measures, gradually explore the experiment, establish the ISO9000 review model, so as to effectively carry out the quality management standard of ISO9000 manuscript review in the editorial department of the journal as soon as possible, and make the management work more scientific and standardized.
