[Abstract]:As the heating season approaches, the weather of haze is increasing in a large area in our country, among which the pollutant emission caused by scattered coal burning is one of the main reasons. In early 2016, The Ministry of Environmental Protection has issued the Technical Guide for Comprehensive Control of Coal Burning pollution in Rural areas (for trial implementation), and a number of related measures have been issued in succession. The treatment of scattered coal burning in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and surrounding rural areas has been put on the agenda.
