从知识产权角度分析地方大学学报与研究生作者群的培养

【摘要】：作为知识生产的消费者和生产者,研究生在大学科研群体处于独一无二的位置。从知识产权的视角,发表论文对于研究生涉及到署名权、专利权等一系列知识产权问题。地方大学学报重视研究生知识产权问题,不仅是促进、培养研究生作者群的重要措施,也是发挥知识传播社会价值的基础。
[Abstract]:As consumers and producers of knowledge production, graduate students are in a unique position in the university scientific research community. From the perspective of intellectual property, publishing papers for graduate students involves a series of intellectual property issues such as authorship, patent rights and so on. Local university journals attach importance to the intellectual property rights of graduate students, which is not only an important measure to promote and cultivate the authors of graduate students, but also the basis of giving full play to the social value of knowledge dissemination.
