论文目的和意义:

The purpose of this paper aims to know the difference between Western and Chinese cuisine culture.Over the years, the eastern culture and the western culture has been discussed by academia. The difference between Chinese and Western food culture is one of the forms of cross-cultural communication. Through research the difference between western and Chinese dietetic culture, the people can not only better know the food characteristics and promote the Chinese food culture development, but also cultivate us to actively accept western diet culture. This paper can effectively avoid both sides of communication bring about the misconceptions and incomprehension about the cultural differences when intercultural communication, and also promote further cultural exchanges, complementary and fus


论文主要内容和提纲:


The paper includes five chapters. First, in the preface the research background and significance of Chinese and Western food culture are discussed. The second chapter mainly describes the difference between Western and Chinese diet culture: Dietary content, dietary manner, dietary concept, table manners and cooking methods. The third chapter analyzes the reasons of these differences from three aspects: lifestyle described, religion, climate and environment. The fourth chapter summarize the conclusion

研究方法:More and more foreigners to learn Chinese and comprehend Chinese culture, has become a trend in the present society. Diet is also a part of the culture. In recent years, there are a lot of research about cultural differences between and Chinese diet. This topic is more comprehensive and specific to all aspects of the cultural differences between Chinese and Western food, and reveal the reasons for the differences of Chinese and Western food culture more in-depth and extensive research to provide a certain reference value. The research method of this paper mainly includes literature and observation.
