69杨对镉污染土壤的树木修复研究

植物修复是利用植物来移除环境中的污染物或者是使其稳定或降低毒性的污染修复技术,树木修复是利用树木进行的植物修复。树木,特别速生树种,由于其生物量大、生长率高、经济价值高、养分需求低、立地稳定性好等优点,已成为解决重金属污染的一种很有前途的方法。杨树是一种公认的重金属提取树种,也是一种速生树种。树木倾斜生长在实际环境中时有发生,对于阔叶树在倾斜生长时其树干会形成应拉木。应拉木具有一些的特殊木材结构,如纤维素含量高的胶状层,微纤丝束间的微孔较多,可能有利于重金属的积累。但目前还没有关于直立和倾斜生长的树木修复的比较研究。本研究选择了69杨(Populus deltoides Bartr.cv.’Lux’(I-69/55)’),通过盆栽试验研究其在直立生长和倾斜生长下对镉的提取修复能力。试验设有4个不同浓度Cd添加的处理,分别为5、20、50和100 mg/kg干土,再加上一个不施Cd的对照处理,每个处理设立直立和45度角人工倾斜两种生长模式。每月测量树高和地径。在当年的12月份对一年生和二年生直立和倾斜生长的杨树进行了树根和树叶、树皮和树干木材(沿三个树干高度),以及倾斜生长杨树树干三个高...
