国际工程与劳务杂志社/杂志简介 《国际工程与劳务》由中华人民共和国商务部主管、中国对外承包工程商会主办，是国内外公开发行的专业性期刊。作为我国对外承包工程和劳务合作事业的传媒，《国际工程与劳务》以宣传我国对外承包工程和劳务合作事业方针政策，传播国际工程承包先进管理、技术和国际市场信息，提高企业国际竞争力为己任，，为国际交流开设窗口，为企业、业界同仁提供交流、学习的平台。 本刊以权威和专业的视角服务于行业，以我国驻外使领馆及经商机构、国外驻华使馆、国外企业驻华机构、国际经济组织、国内外大承包商为资源依托。 国际工程与劳务投稿须知 1.文稿应具备学术性、专业性、创新性、科学性，务求主题突出、论据充分、文字精炼、数据可靠，有较高的学术水平、专业水平和实用价值。
2.文稿的篇幅(含摘要、图、表、参号文献等)不超过7000字。
3.文稿结构一般为题名、作者姓名、单位(邮编)、摘要、关键词、中图分类号、引言、正文、参考文献以及上述各项的英文译文。
4.中文题名不得超过20字，英文题名实词不得超过10个。中文摘要应在150-250字，关健词3-8个。摘要必须拥有与论文同等量的主要信息，包括目的、方法、结果、结论等四要素。以提供梗概为目的，不对文稿内容做评论，同时尽量避免特殊字符或数学表达式。
5.请在首页页脚注明基金项目和作者简介。凡属国家、省部级以上科学基金资助项目和重点攻关课题项目文稿，请提供基金的标准名称和编号。作者简介包括出生年月日、性别、职称、学位、主要研究与关注方向。
6.文稿中所有物理量和单位的用法请参照GB 3100-3102-1993。常数、英文缩写、数字运算符号和函数符号采用正体，变量采用斜体，矢量和矩阵采用黑斜体，集合符号采用黑正体。
7.文稿中图表应精选。图表中字符和数据应准确无误，且与正文一致。图表题和图表注释需采用中文，图形需为黑白，图中横纵坐标均需表明量和单位，计量单位务必符合国家颁布的最新标准和规定。
8.参考文献的著录规则请参照国家标准GB/T 7714-2005。参考文献应采用公开发表的文献。参考文献列表按文献在正文中引用的先后顺序排列。9.文稿内容不得涉密，并请作者提供本单位保密部门出具的保密审查证明。请勿一稿多投，否则责任自负。本刊对文稿有修改权，所发表文章版权归编辑部所有。文稿一经发表，编辑部将随即赠送当期杂志，并按有关规定支付稿酬。10.来稿请用E-mail投稿，文稿须为WORD格式；请提供作者简介和详细通信地址、邮政编码、联系电话、手机及E-mail地址。请自留底稿，来稿一律不退。 《国际工程与劳务》论文发表范例 0.Agricultural Land Use in the Ice-Rich Permafrost Areas in Central Yakutia under a Changing Climate
